While the firm's legal specializations are a key part of its service, client experience is also a significant factor in any legal engagement. Legal issues, particularly those related to real estate and family matters, can be emotionally charged and highly personal. It is important for a lawyer to not only be knowledgeable about the law but also to be able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients. This includes setting clear expectations, providing timely responses, and ensuring that all documents are handled with care. Navigating legal processes can be difficult, and a lawyer's role is to guide the client through each step, ensuring they understand what is happening and what is needed from them.
The legal field is often built on trust and professional rapport, and clients rely on their lawyer to be a consistent and reliable partner. When seeking legal representation, clients often look for an attorney who is both a strong legal advocate and a clear communicator. The ability to handle complex documentation, manage client expectations, and provide a sense of security is paramount. A lawyer's reputation, built through their professional conduct and the outcomes they achieve for their clients, is often the most valuable asset they have. This reputation is crucial for potential clients who are deciding on who will best represent their interests in sensitive legal matters. Given the complexities of legal work, especially in a city as large as Los Angeles, it is vital to research a lawyer's approach and client feedback thoroughly to find the right fit for your specific needs.

When selecting a lawyer, especially for sensitive topics like real estate or estate planning, clients often weigh a combination of legal expertise and professional conduct. Choosing a legal professional requires trust and a clear understanding of the services they provide. While a lawyer's legal skills are paramount, their communication style and approach to client relations are equally important. As a potential client, it's crucial to seek a lawyer who is not only knowledgeable but also respectful, responsive, and clear in their interactions.
Based on the provided information, the firm's specialization in real estate, wills, and probate law is a key factor to consider. The accessible location and facilities are also a practical benefit, ensuring a visit to the office is as convenient as possible. However, the client reviews included in the provided information are crucial. These reviews, while detailing the lawyer's approach and communication style, should be considered carefully by a potential client. One review mentioned a “curt, rude, and dismissive” interaction, while another noted a lack of follow-up and a “bad attitude.” These experiences underscore the importance of personality and communication in the lawyer-client relationship. For a client who values a highly professional and empathetic communication style, these reviews highlight a need for further consideration and perhaps a direct conversation to understand the lawyer's approach to client care. A positive lawyer-client relationship is often built on clear communication and mutual respect. For this reason, it is always recommended for a client to conduct thorough research, including reading multiple reviews and potentially speaking with the lawyer directly, to make an informed decision that aligns with their personal needs and expectations for a legal partnership.

Molho Sonya Reviews

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I want to agree with the rest of the reviews here on personality and communication. I was referred to Sonya via a trusted accounting professional who heard good things about her ... even from opposing counsel of those who have faced her in court. I called her on a Sunday to begin an engagement not expecting to hear back but rather because that was the time available I had to make the call. Typically, law offices do accept phone calls/voice mails during off hours. I didn't know this was a problem. When she did return my call at 7pm the following day, she was curt, rude, and dismissive with me. She scolded me for calling on a Sunday -- I never expected a call back over the weekend nor did I indicate that in any way. She cut me off and talked over me when I tried to tell her so, and then she decided that my case does not fit her practice and hung up on me. I finding a good landlord-tenant lawyer is difficult, but I don't think she's your lawyer.
March 08 · Tara KrieseRequested information to review, sent everything per her request. She then said she needed more time due to amount of items and that she was going to charge more to review on top of the $250 consultation fee. When I asked her to just review only a few items instead of everything, she responded that it wasn’t printing correctly and she wasn’t going to waste toner on doing so, ended the convo and never responded back to emails or calls. Bad attitude and weirdly enough, she came recommended by a close family member. Stay away.

January 18 · Wayne SiltanenIf you need someone, to look at the details, she does not miss a beat. I am grateful to have sat next to her in court. If she, accepts your case, and she is going to defend you, consider it a job well done. I have seen horribly aggressive attorneys, in the court room before and it is so obvious, that they are in it for the money and not for their client's best interest... Sonya is passionate about her work, and when she wins your case, you will forever be grateful.

April 09 · dawn mattocksThis lawyer is not only incredibly rude, short, harsh, and with zero social skills, but she's also not interested in the truth, or anything other than to "win" on technicalities. She tends to be on the side of the landlord, and she is incredibly mean, but to her client! I would never recommend this woman as a lawyer, she made me sign legal papers under duress, threatening me with eviction if I didn't.

August 31 · Noelle BalfourI was the plaintiff in the last UD case she defended all the way to the appellate division of LA Superior court before she retired. I wish I had her on my side and this whole 18 month process would have been over probably in a few month. She is extremely professional and dedicated to her work. It's not exactly dedication to her clients but it's more her dedication to her work and not wanting to lose! ever!Although she lost this last case against me, just representing myself, she is a winner for not giving up. I don't think even her client, the defendant, knew she was appealing to the Superior court!Have a wonderful retirement Ms. Molho, you certainly deserve it!
