February 16 · Dan GormleySteven Petersen represented my husband and WON a long fight against Salem County for an inflated and inaccurately calculated child support arrearages and Custody of his son. My husband was found Permanently Disabled through the Social Security Administration and he provided proof immediatly to Salem County upon filing and approval for SSI and SSD. After suffering a massive heart attack, for approximately 1 1/2 years, my husband tried WITHOUT an attorney to correct his arrearages, terminate his child support obligation, and tried to get Physical Custody of his son, as the child's mother was neglecting the child. My husband filed 6 child support modifications in Salem County to correct the situation, but instead, was treated unfairly and also sterotyped by the judge as, "Only worrying about the money". In addition, the staff at Salem county made many mistakes including adding a child to my husbands case that WAS NOT HIS in the amount of over $18,000. Steve Petersen, FOUGHT and proved that my husband was being overcharged a child support obligation that he by law should not have to pay as a result of receiving SSI. Mr. Petersen also helped my husband WIN Primary Custody of the child as well!!!! I am thankful that Mr. Steve Petersen was our attorney and I highly recommend to use him. HE WILL FIGHT for you and your family!!!!

February 10 · Lisa MoraAbsolutely, one of the very best attorneys in the the business. I was trying to represent myself during a divorce and I was absolutely getting creamed by my ex-wife's attorney. He came to my rescue and has completely turned my case around and saved me. He is the real deal. If you are getting a divorce call this guy immediately, if you are not happy with your present attorney, call him immediately. Thanks Steve, if I could give you a 10 Star rating I would, you deserve it!
