When considering legal representation for family matters in California, one must carefully weigh the attributes of a firm. My Child Says Daddy stands out for several reasons, which can be particularly appealing to individuals dealing with child custody and visitation issues.
One of the most compelling reasons to choose this firm is its specialized focus. By concentrating on child-related legal matters, they have likely developed a deep and specific knowledge base that may not be present in more general legal practices. This specialization means they are well-versed in the nuances of California's family court system, particularly as it pertains to children. A client review mentions the firm's "astute" knowledge of the system and the value of the information and classes provided, which suggests that this expertise is a tangible benefit to their clients.

The accessibility features of the office are also a noteworthy consideration. The presence of a wheelchair-accessible car park, entrance, and toilet demonstrates a commitment to serving all members of the community. This attention to detail can make a significant difference for clients who may already be under considerable stress and require a smooth and accessible experience.
While some reviews highlight potential issues, such as communication difficulties and challenges with scheduling, it is worth noting that every case and client interaction is unique. The firm’s specific focus and reported successes in child custody cases, as documented in client testimonials, suggest that they have a proven track record of achieving positive results. Ultimately, the decision to choose My Child Says Daddy will depend on an individual's specific needs and the rapport they establish with the firm. Ca.Reggie was/is very astute in his knowledge of the system & how things need to be handled. It was no walk in the park but the classes & info that was given got us more than we expected. We weren’t trying to dismantle the already established relationship between daughter & Mom but some things were just out of order.Especially when my ex. tried to keep my child away from me.My ex. must have forgotten:MY CHILD SAYS DADDY
March 21 · Durand W GistMy son’s father was ordered to have monitored visits , 2 hours a week and on weekends . Since , I work Monday through Friday and I provide for our son by myself. On Thursday and Fridays I get home around 7 , which is why the judge in downtown courts ordered monitored visits on weekends. The organization my child says daddy has been refusing me weekend visits (saying they are completely booked on weekends )!!!! I have even more explained to them just to be fair , I would try my best to agree to a weekday a few times a month . However, I can not agree to weekly visits on weekdays , all the time because I have a full time job . Amazing, the young lady that’s in the office and the front desk has a very bad attitude, she’s rude and nasty for no reason . Maybe , she should consider finding another job , not dealing with customer service because she lacks the basic manners we were taught as children???? Unbelievable, she could be so rude and treat me as if i am a problem . The only thing i can say is she is rude and unprofessional, to me as a (MOM) it’s obvious there company advocates for fathers ( just read the name ) . Her name is DAI , she should have explained that they will not have weekends available to meet the courts order???? This way his dad can find another facility to comply with courts orders. How dare , she snap at me or have an attitude because I can not feed my son , if I don’t work ???? Dad is not providing any child support and we should get there soon , but I would think 🤔 a professional organization of this magnitude would understand that fact , considering they have years of experience???? They flat out refused to give me a weekend and it’s in the judges order ! Why they would even take our case knowing they would not be able to provide services on weekends is beyond me, it’s a waist of my gas and time !! I don’t have time to be disrespected by someone that has never walked in my shoes !!! Maybe , shes blind to the fact that DAD has monitored visits for a reason ????? You feel me !!!! How dare she treat me in this manner as if I was creating a problem. Bottom line, if you can’t provide the services be honest instead of wasting my time ???? That is called pure greed just tell the truth and be upfront with your clients. Therefore, I will be relaying allllll of this information to the judge , they were not willing to comply to the judge’s order!!!!! Moms , make sure if you deal with this organization or individual named DAI ( be aware ) please document everything and keep records with dates and times !!! This way no organization can tell me I’m not complying with courts orders . I did tell her through email over 3 to 4 weeks ago ( each conversation would be recorded or I only want to communicate through email thread only !!! Guess what , now I have covered myself and this company will not be able to fabricate what took place between us or what caused the breakdown in communication, it’s all in them!!! Sorry I’m turning over all my documents to the courts , the judge should be aware of them not following the courts orders . I must cover myself at all times because I already know dad and his family are habitual liars and I’m to smart to allow myself to get played !!! I record and document everything it’s sad , but this is the reason why I do it !!!!! Plain and simple
June 06 · Evette JenkinsReggie knew I was going to court for a money judgment for child support so instead of guiding in the right direction he just took my money knowing the info and paper work he gave me didn't mean anything in my judgment. And he knew it. He fooled me and just took my money and he never call me back since. Don't waste your money bro you can go to the court house yourself and go self help desk and get the info you need. I'm very disappointed in Reggie in which I believe he can really help me. You try to give your people your business but they screw you aswell.
August 22 · James FranceI payed Reggie upfront for a case. I was in need of assistance regarding a child support matter. I was given reassurance that I would get help and be guided through the process but I was left in disarray and confusion because I never got any updates. I spoke with the receptionist multiple times asking to speak with him and was told I’d get a call back and never received one. I ended up having to represent myself in court because he never showed or answered my calls. I was promised proper representation in court and did not receive it. Months later and I’m still awaiting a call to understand a proper way we can settle this matter .
March 04 · Anthony MascarenasI had a very pleasant experience with Reggie and Shanna of My Child Says. The organization was recommended to me and it was truly a Godsend. They were able to hear my case and unfortunate circumstance with my small child and helped me gain the things I wanted for my case. The service was great as they were always available to answer my questions and assist me with removing emotions to pinpoint the facts that I needed to bring to the judge.I got the coaching I needed prior to going to court to make sure I was focused and ready to win the best for my child.I will continue to utilize their services and refer them because there’s no way I could of done it on my own.Thank you Reggie & Shanna 🙌🏾
