★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Let’s start off with the fact I called with my uncle on the phone to talk for me basically because I have no idea what I’m doing. So the lady asked me if it was okay for him to do so I said yes. Then, she tells him that I have an outstanding balance due of x amount of dollars and asks how I plan on taking care of the situation. He said “she’s not employed, just had a newborn so this isn’t a top priority at this moment” this lady VERY rudely also with an attitude says “okay and she couldn’t have told me this herself?”Long story short. No I couldn’t because I continuously told these people my story and multiple times a week I get the same phone call about it. Very unprofessional and rude people work here.
December 15 · Autumn MareckiA representative named Cindy from this “law firm” called me to ACCUSE me of having outstanding medical bills in collections — which is untrue as I was able to confirm that fact SHORTLY AFTER speaking with Cindy. I must say, Cindy is the most disgusting representative I have ever spoken to. She is the epitome of “ghetto” and “ratchet” which are stereotypical words used to describe people of color. However, Cindy debunked the untrue social myth that those words only describe people of color, because Cindy (not a woman of color) is VERY GHETTO AND VERY RATCHET. This woman should be without a job. She was unreasonably hostile. 1. Her conduct was intentionally reckless, 2. her conduct was extreme and outrageous, and 3. her conduct caused me severe emotional distress. Any knowledgeable attorney knows how problematic such conduct is for their law firm. This law firm might want to reconsider having an employee who behaves in such an egregious way. During a time when people would be happy to have a job, Cindy chose to behave unprofessionally, and like a wild animal. She berated me on the phone because I simply explained to her the circumstances of the bills in question. As I explained myself, she yelled at me, “YOU HAVE A BILL IN COLLECTIONS!”, among other things. I told her she needed to correct her tone and she then yelled, “YOU SMART! YOU SMART! YOU SMART!”, which was an odd thing to retort and an underhanded way to imply that I am less than smart. But I am smart and THAT is why I KNOW I do not have medical bills in collections.Message for Cindy: I am smart Cindy, and you are rude and ghetto, and your behavior exceeded the bounds of societal expectations. We are in the middle of a global crisis, humble yourself.
February 25 · A WI tried calling multiple time within the last two months about an outstanding debt through my physicians office, however I have a payment plan set up to where I pay them monthly. When I tried calling this office I got no response and I left my number for contact information and I never received a call from them!! If you ask me not returning phone calls is an awfully unprofessional thing to do especially claiming that I have an outstanding debt.
July 07 · Caitlin MullikinI didn’t get medical bills sent to me over two years. I called set up payment plan with McClure after agreeing they changed the total balance up about $400 and they are rude and nasty on the phone. I told her the balance is different than the agreement. I tried to explain which letters I received and the lady got nasty and wouldn’t let me speak. I’m filing a complaint with the government this place is doing illegal activities against people
March 07 · Jay BlackI had zero trouble with these people. Now, the entity claiming the debt I certainly have a problem with. But, I called, gave them my payment details, and they were very pleasant and said they would reach out to their client. Simple. I assume if you aren't trying to make excuses for money you owe, they treat you nicely.
