She doesnt waste your time or hers and will tell you her fees outright without jerking you around. Shes very knowledgeable on both bankruptcy and foreclosure and has helped us a lot. Goes above and beyond to help you decide what you need to do and get you where you need to be to handle your business. Great personality, but very professional.
