★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This law firm served a summons to my neighbor instead of me—which I’m fairly certain isn’t even legal. They’re suing me over two small debts, both with the same credit management company. What’s frustrating is that I’m already on an active payment plan for a third debt with that same company, yet I was never given the opportunity to set up a plan for these two.I’ve called, I’ve emailed—multiple times—just trying to work something out. I’ve received zero response. It’s incredibly disheartening to see how they choose to pursue legal action without first attempting communication or resolution. Instead, they remain unreachable when someone tries to address the situation in good faith. It feels predatory and deliberately opaque.

May 21 · Cris ShultzI've been leaving messages, every way possible, for the last few days. No one calls me! My niece found a court lien against me from over 10 years ago. I became totally disabled at that time and abruptly had to stop working. I wasn't aware of this, but am trying to take care of. After reading reviews/complaints about this firm, I don't want to deal with them!! It's impossible to talk to a human, which is totally unacceptable!! I've called several different numbers and left messages. How am I to take care of when nobody calls me the hell back? This place sucks and I worked for many law firms before becoming disabled. Absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable!!!

February 28 · Maria ThompsonDon't bother trying to work with this "law firm" - Their customer service is abhorrent and extremely unreasonable. Had a debt that sat unpaid for two years and wasn't able to show up to court due to medical issues which resulted in a judgement (which I plan to fight)They wouldn't accept a reasonable 80% lump sum payment to clear this two year long hiatus up.Originally wanted an outcome that was beneficial to both parties - Now solely due to the customer service I've experienced. I will take every possible action to have my judgements dismissed. LDV will get **ZERO**

February 07 · Dylan ChandlerI did not know that I was suppose to report to court. For a garnishment on my account until it was taken out of my check. The letter came after they start taken the money. Very difficult to stop without hiring a lawyer. Upon reviewing my camera the person placed the paperwork work in my mailbox. I did not check my large mailbox on a regular basis. I was at work when this paperwork was placed in my mailbox. Can't reach the lawyers to even discuss this illegal service. Still working on resolving the issue.

September 12 · Jacqueline TurnerThis "law firm" is a joke. They have been sending me my ex-husband's legal mail and court summonses for over a year. I have been calling and contacting them for a year to give them his correct contact information. I am not sure what type of law firm just "googles" an address and puts that on file for legal paperwork but that is what I was told when I spoke with an EXTREMELY RUDE representative today. The last mail I got (on their letterhead with their envelope) was dated 11/5/19 and stamped 11/15/19. I have been asking for a year to be removed from the database attached to his account. We have been divorced since 2010 I SHOULD NOT be getting his important documents in the mail and they are ALSO putting me at risk since I do NOT want him to have my address. Very shoddy law firm and its disgraceful. A simple "googling" of the address would tell you he's an inmate. I would 10/10 NOT RECOMMEND their services and will be posting my review on every website and social media site possible. The people on the phone are also disgustingly rude and try to cut you off and talk over you. Thanks a lot guys for giving a dangerous felon my contact information and putting me and my kids at risk!!
