★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1well it makes sense that its not the first time, from reading the other reviews. Do NOT contact this lawyer, they are not your friend. I've had one of the worst experiences i've ever had with a law firm. The staff member I spoke with was rude, condescending, constantly interrupted me, and dismissed everything I said without even hearing me out. Essentially they said " well you deserved it, this is a stop and Identify state" like really?? I deserved having my rights violated??? and NO California is NOT a stop and Identify state. They showed zero interest in helping or understanding my case, and their attitude was completely unprofessional. This is not how you treat potential clients. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.
August 09 · Muhammad1. very rude case screener. 2. the lawyer himself is impatient, believes we have no rights, and i felt was judging me for being a liberal and an artist so he refused my case. oh, and i got too excited in my description of the police abusing me and causing me permanent nerve damage. he really does seem right wing./ my civil rights violation case is cut and dried and what happened to me happened to a woman to a lesser degree here in alameda county and she won $8.25 million. he did not even know that it was appealed and she won again, setting a new precedent. / i'll find a more pleasant lawyer who actually believes in civil rights to share my millions with!
August 08 · agent 1 xJust got off the phone with Shaun very unprofessional would like to speak to a lawyer directly been two day since contact with this firm
August 21 · Martin MaciasI have had a very pleasurable experience working closely with Brenton and Jerry. I don’t know who, what or why these other reviewers reflect anything to the contrary. The law is the law and it is backed up and reinforced by prior rulings on similar sections of the law. This firm specializes in suing the police for misconduct however if the incident you experienced does not fall into a category where they, as legal experts, are confident they can secure a victory.. then there is not a case. No need to waste anyone’s time. They have been very successful in their endeavors and I encourage you to speak with them regarding any provable legal claims. Good Luck to all.
