Could not be more satisfied. Alex McShiras and Terry are very professional and thorough. We have hit many challenges throughout my husband's adjustment of status but they were with us during the whole process. So I decided to go with someone else, and I decided to go for a consultation with Jeff Joseph at the Aurora office since I heard very good reviews and recommendations about them. Attorney Jeff Joseph was very informative and professional he had an answer for all my questions. I did not had any doubts to hire them.They started working on my case as soon as I hired them. Alex McShiras and Terry have been working on my case at the Colorado Springs Office and they have answer my emails and return phone calls immediately. By the way my GPS took me right straight to their location despite all the construction. Thanks Joseph Law Firm.

Shockingly incompetent. My boyfriend has been trying to schedule a consultation appointment with them for over a month but hasn’t even been able to get through the door due to a number of errors by their reception team. First they messed up his name (despite him spelling it out for them) so they had “no record” of his appointment until they realized it was just misspelled. Then they messed up the office location despite being very clear that it was to be at the Colorado Springs office so he couldn’t be seen anyway (annoying since he had to take off work to make the appointment in the first place). They then rescheduled him for a week later. When we called the next week to confirm this BEFORE coming in they claimed that we were actually mistaken and that the appointment wasn’t for another week. Hard to imagine since we put it in the calendar as we were scheduling it with them, but mistakes do happen. Fast forward to today (the actual date of the rescheduled appointment) and we were unable to even locate the office due to ongoing construction on the main road that the office is off of. The construction “detour” was no longer in the same location as it had been when we had come last time and being unfamiliar with the area we struggled to find a way around/through the construction as our GPS kept re-rerouting is back to the same blocked off streets. We called the offices to ask where we could get around/through the construction and the receptionist was completely unhelpful and responded only with confusion. By the time we were able to find the office we were too late for the appointment. Seems like they should have a better plan in place for something that is going to continue to be an ongoing issue with the MAIN point of access to their office. This is now the SECOND time too that my boyfriend has had to take off work to try to accommodate a fruitless appointment. The utter incompetence of the secretarial staff in scheduling and then in assisting us finding the location have given us enough pause about the way this firm is run that we have decided to take our business elsewhere. Save yourself a lot of time and money by finding a different firm in the first place. There are many other immigration lawyers in the area.
