TERRIBLE! Once paid he has no interest in your case. Extremely distant in communications, does not return call or emails unless sent over and over again. Does not prepare you for any court appearance, even he himself is not prepared. Does not listen to you and loses or mishandles paperwork you give him. Any paperwork you give him, whether it be photos or written he barely or does not even look at. Aside from charging a fee much higher than others for this service, he shows and obviously has NO INTEREST in your successful outcome. FIND A LAWYER WHO WILL HELP YOU, JEFFREY STEINFELD IS NOT THE ONE!
