If I could give this man 0 stars, I would!!! I have never encountered such unprofessionalism and incompetence.First and foremost, communication with this lawyer is virtually nonexistent. Despite numerous attempts to reach out, he was consistently unavailable, never returning calls or responding to messages.Fernando was handling two cases for my sisters, both of which ended in absolute disaster. In one instance, he withdrew from representing my sister just a week before the trial, citing her supposed "lack of communication" as the reason. This abrupt withdrawal left us scrambling for alternative representation and added unnecessary stress to an already difficult situation.As if that weren't bad enough, his representation of my other sister was equally abysmal. Not only did he fail to provide her with all the possible legal options available, but he also grossly misrepresented her case (he was extremely nervous in court, couldn't form proper questions to which the judge had to help him, didn't know how to do a rebuttal, etc!), leading to a devastating loss in court. The outcome was not only disheartening but also financially crippling, as we entrusted him with our hard-earned money in exchange for what turned out to be a complete betrayal of trust.IF ANYONE IS LOOKING FOR A LAWYER. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

Mr. Jimenez is a wonderful person and attorney. For the past few years he has helped my family and I in multiple legal matters. He has represented us through an immigration case and various traffic moving violations. If you are looking for a trustworthy, knowledgeable, and experienced attorney I recommend Fernando. Please keep in mind he is very busy and you may not get in contact with him easily but his secretaries are great with taking messages and assuring Mr. Jimenez gets in touch with his clients asap.You will be in great hands!

In all honesty, stay far away from this place. Not only is this lawyer and his wife constantly fighting even in front of clients, he is MONEY HUNGRY. Unless you speak English, he will totally reverse his wording making it confusing and ask for more money. If he has your paperwork and you didn’t pay “his amount” that he wants, you’re absolutely not getting it. Want to talk to him? Too bad he or she are NEVER AVAILABLE TO TALK. It’s basically a sham playing with people’s heartstrings. If anyone really needs services, I highly advise elsewhere.

MALPRACTICE! (It’s NOT about the money it’s about getting the work DONE) After being referred by Attorney Aura Vargas in the Elizabeth office I trusted Mr. Jimenez to start my divorce case in August 2018. Now November 2018 ... I called the office 3 weeks in a row without any success on reaching the attorney or his wife, who does all the paperwork . The only time you will speak to either of them will be when they receive the money . It is all they care about. The secretary will be the only one you will talk to unless you ask for the money back then they are quick to respond. I was told by this office that they have 3,000 cases and that is why they take a long time. Also, the attorney himself told me that he didn’t have the time to handle my complaints and that he will no longer assist me. My case was very delicate as I needed my husband to get Served prior to his deportation. Now , that they failed to file my divorce complaint to the court in 3 months I have to pay over $2,500 so that another attorney can fix the problem they put me in. Also, instead of regular 3 months to be divorced, I have to wait between 6-12 months to get divorced. Meanwhile I cannot even take a passport out for my children. I suggest that you go to any attorney except for him . Ask around to other attorneys, they don’t even know who he is because he is inexperienced and not compassionate. I am so upset I chose this guy and you will regret it . Go to him at your own risk
