★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I have been meaning to write the review for years. Hearing the most recent TV ad boast the "5 star" review, it is time for me to offer another truthful fact based alternative perspective. My sisters and I inherited (literally) an estate first when our mother passed in 2014. I am a professional with extensive experience in, among other things trust's and estates. I first read their planning documents after my mother passed. Their overall plan was complete cookie cutter. Not one element tailored to their circumstances. Moreover, the documents were extremely sloppy, for example there were defined terms that were not defined.Trusts were not effectively used, too much we left for the will. The assignment of executor was flawed. Worse yet, the overall construction left assets out of their planning, causing me time, effort, money to fix.My parents got free coffee and cake for attending a seminar. They left with a really bad estate plan.Every time I watch those TV commercials my blood boils and it's been over a decade since my mom passed.BEWARE OF THIS FIRM
August 19 · mitch roschelleMichelle returned my phone call promptly and directed me to the right source to handle my query. I have worked with Michelle in the past setting up a Trust and she helped me make the right decision and was more than willing to answer even the simplest question.
August 30 · Marguerite AndersenIt is my pleasure to submit this 5-star review for Ettinger Law Firm. Several months ago, my wife and I began to look for an elder care law firm to handle our Trust and Will. We spoke to friends and family members who went through this process. We interviewed several lawyers and law firms who specialize in elder care Trusts & Wills. We did our homework and asked them many questions. Most of the attorneys we interviewed seemed qualified and answered our questions. Most law firms had similar legal fees for the work we required. After each interview, my wife and I evaluated the lawyers' responses and what their reccomendations were. The last law firm we interviewed was Ettinger. We requested a Zoom with Michelle Berman. Michelle was terrific. She answered all of our questions and many more. She also explained in detail the differences between Revocable and Irrevocable trusts and recommended what she thought would be best for us. After we decided to go with Ettinger, we exchanged many emails phone calls and Zooms with Michelle. It took us several weeks of going back and forth before we completed everything that is a part of our Trust & Will documents. I highly recommend Michelle Berman of Ettinger Law Firm. She was very knowledgeable, well informed, and a great attorney. I also want to acknowledge how courteous their office staff were. Most of all, Maria was terrific. If you are looking to hire a law firm for your family, Trust and Will needs you will be in good hands with Ettinger Law.
June 26 · Martin ZwirenThe Ettinger team at the White Plains, NY office Michelle Berman, Oliver Sauter, Maria Roman and Mr Ettinger were very knowledgeable, respectful and professional. We were treated very well and are very pleased with our experience in obtaining our Irrevocable Trust and wills in order. We feel comfortable in recommending them to others seeking professional services in getting their estate affairs.

Not only skilled professionals, but pleasant to interact with on a consistent basis.Ettinger Law Firm staff and, Michael Ettinger, in particular, have excelled in all of the above, over the course of the past year that I have been doing business with them.I highly recommend Ettinger Law Firm.
