★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Paul Schinner was an excellent attorney on my employment/whistleblower case. I highly recommend Paul for employer related issues. He was experienced and knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step and consideration in my case. This was years ago and I can attest based on some reviews the support staff was unprofessional at times. Even one other attorney was so rude & unprofessional I would say I would NOT hire them again unless I was working directly with Paul.A word of advice when employees are dealing with toxic and sometimes criminal situations they should be treated with dignity & respect. If I had only dealt with Paul, it would be 5 ⭐️ service. HE was excellent!
September 04 · Cori MusePaul was very friendly, understanding, and knowledgeable. He was informative and communicated very clearly with me on how everything would time out, and what to expect. Best of all, he never made me feel like I was a bother or asking to many questions and wasting his time. Highly recommend them! I was very satisfied with his representation of my case. Thank you again, Paul, and Cross Law Firm!
January 20 · Teresa DePuyI worked with Attorney William Wetzel in the past and he did an amazing job helping me with my case. He listens and is very caring. I would definitely use him if I ever need help again. -Amber B.
July 29 · AmberiyahThis law firm has no problem wasting your time while saying repeatedly they will contact you and never doing so. Unprofessional and absolute waste of your time.I have a letter of probable cause from the state investigation against my employer, so I reached out for representation during the hearing phase. They took an lengthy intake and I was told I'd be contacted in 48 hours. Never heard back. I contacted an advocacy group who again referred me to this law firm so I followed up a few weeks later. I was apologized to and told I had an attorney assigned but she didn't know why he never contact me. She stated she would message him and have him contact me urgently. This was a week ago. Don't waste your time with this law firm. The unprofessionalism is staggering and now I'm racing to find representation in time, an absolute disservice to me because they couldn't be bothered.
September 04 · Jesse BriggsMy experience with Cross Law Firm was top notch. Upon my initial call, I was given detailed information of what the process would look like and what my options were. I also received detailed communication throughout the entire process. The attorney that was assigned to my case, Mr. Paul Schinner is outstanding. Always communicative, very willing to answer my questions, thorough and professional. He even took extra time to explain different parts of the legal process to me. I was given an initial consult, then options to choose from regarding moving forward. Once a decision was made, Paul went to work on my case exactly as he laid out for me before hand. My resolution was quick, effective and I was extremely happy with the results. Workpalce situations which require legal attention are more often than not stressful and challenging, Paul Schinner was very compassionate towards that fact and assisted in easing the pressure with his deep knowlege of law in this space. I really felt respresented effectively and my situation was always given the utmost respect. If you have needs in this space, I would absolutely recommend CLM. I am very happy I did. Do yourself a favor and request Paul if possible.
