I am utterly appalled by the service I received at this court. While the employee at **window 14** was an absolute godsend and deserves all the praise in the world, the experience at **window 6** was completely unacceptable.We came to apply for guardianship for our son, who is incapacitated due to autism. This is an incredibly difficult and stressful situation, and the woman at window 6 made it so much worse. She was incredibly rude and unhelpful, kicking us away from her window just because we hadn't filled out three simple lines on the paperwork. We begged her to let us finish filling it out, explaining that we had to get back to our son, who requires 24-hour care. She heartlessly refused, forcing us to take a new ticket and wait another 30 minutes. She even refused to lend us a pen; thankfully, a kind security guard came to our rescue.After that terrible ordeal, we were finally seen by the wonderful woman at window 14. She was a true professional who actually took the time to help us. She organized our files and even made copies for us, making the whole application process smooth and painless. She is a shining example of what a government employee should be.It's a shame that one person can ruin an entire experience. The employee at window 6 was completely lacking in compassion and customer service. People who work for the government, especially in such sensitive areas, should know better than to treat citizens with such disrespect.

I had the worst experience here I had called to ask if I needed to bring in 3 copies of the paperwork or one because on the procedures for notice of default hearing it says *step 3 serve one copy to the other party* *step 4 take the original to the clerk office* I was confused and called to ask what I needed to do the lady was super rude and then i called her out for being rude because I was just trying to get the information I needed and she was not be helpful at all and sounded really annoyed and made me feel like I was an inconvenience for her, we ended the call and I was then called from an unknown number I pickup and it was the same lady I called before and she just said “learn how to read” and hung up. Very unprofessional.

So I’m at the courthouse today and I’m instructed to go to the east court and main court from the west court initially yeah I know confusing for someone trying to get to the law library but having to disclose I was carrying weapons and didn’t have a car to put them in. To spare all the details as im exhausted seeking help from such a broken and heinous system I wanted to tell the officer who asked me the same question three different ways after I had been on metro all day you look like a bottle of canola oil undesirable and nobody wants it. And yo partna look like pasty cake and I look like bean dip everybody wants bean dip. Why they keep riding by me like I’m the president lol
