★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I'm not going to say that you dont do good work at times. I'm just baffled that no charges were brought against Mr. Kiser. The moment that police report was released, you could see the disgust in people. Especially knowing that he didnt notice his child missing but noticed his dog staring at the water. He allowed a small child who couldn't swim to be unsupervised by a pool simply because he "knew" not to get in the water? Especially while the cover was not on? You're telling me he wasnt neglectful in thinking that his child could not accidentally fall in? They weren't worried about him and that pool but they were thoughtful enough to put a barrier around their couch so the dog(s) wouldnt get on? When refusing to charge him, did you think about triggs life and lack of parenting? Did you watch the video and find it okay that he struggled for his life while his dad was supposedly occupied with an infant? Now because of dad's excuse, that child will possibly grow up thinking he was the cause for his father not saving who could have been his best friend. Find something to charge him with. I've seen parents prosecuted for far less.
August 12 · Grev DenAbsolutely vile and disgusting you are suggesting to let Brady Kiser recieve no child neglect or abuse charges when he admitted to leaving a toddler unattended near an unsafe/unsecured pool on purpose. You guys have all the evidence you need to prove this was negligence/abuse thru their viral tiktok pages where theyve admitted to multiple counts and recorded them in the past! Absolutely shame to you all!
July 26 · Nyxie CloudAbsolutely vile to not press charges in the death of Trigg Kiser. He died due to negligence (which his father then lied about, according to the police report), and if this was anyone else they would be getting the book thrown at them. Shameful.
August 10 · Julia JuskoFinally, an indictment towards Laura Owens, a perpetual offender in extortion & fraud. Thank you, Rachel Mitchell & the county of Maricopa. Proud to say I voted for you! Thank you for supporting good citizens and protecting our community.
May 06 · AmyThis 1 star is because based on the reviews posted....and I am scared to call..these reviews have serious validity and not just complaints because dissatisfied.I don't know what else to do though. My story...Phoenix Police department says they can not arrest a criminal due to man power. So a person who stolen guns is allowed to walk the streets? Its been over a year! Seems like I got screwed.... so was suggested to file a motion or whatever to DA? But I am scared to call them as it will cause me..the victim...more grief :(I called today.. 4 years after and they were so nice— I wish I would have called sooner as it was technically issue and now have to have police resubmit… I hope my fear helps someone else… they are really nice and helpful!
