Tim wasn't even our attorney, he was the seller's attorney (we were the (first time) buyers). Our closing did not go smoothly as we were not properly prepared at all by our own attorney, who didn't even attend the closing or made it known beforehand he wasn't going to attend. Tim was very kind, patient and helpful towards us, making it possible to close. I just find it important to put Tim in the spotlight for this, he is an attorney you absolutely want on your side! I know this for a fact, since I wished he was on our side at the time of our closing.
September 20 · TalisaUnfortunately was recommended Timothy by an equally terrible real estate agent. We were closing during the summer and he went awol through out the process multiple times, at the end giving a half hearted apology and fake comment about us being part of his LGBT community. I do not recommend him for anything complex including purchasing a historical home in Westchester County, or anything relating easements or sharing of wells, etc. After purchasing our home, we hired a new lawyer and he was baffled by the things Timothy didn't explain to us, assuming he didn't even read the contract in full. Seeing how knowledgable this lawyer was further showed us how duped we were by Timothy. He was insanely fake and disingenuous.

Tim Allomong came at the recommendation of our broker, Katherine Vogeler from MAZ Group (who was also great!) and we are very happy with his work. From the beginning, Tim was available to answer any and all questions we had in the process. As first time homebuyers we were nervous, but Tim's expertise and professionalism was reassuring and kept us at ease. He worked very hard, kept us in the loop with any updates, and explained it all in a way that we could understand. He even successfully negotiated additional credits for us at closing, which was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended, and if we are in the real estate market in the future, we would not hesitate to work with Tim again!

February 12 · Irving SegarraWe were very fortunate to have Allomong & Associates as our attorney. We spent a lot of time searching for an apartment in Brooklyn. In one quick moment we found a really good apartment: good size, great location, great windows, lots of natural sun light, near a subway, good building. We were doing a cash deal. We thought no problem. The building passed our inspectors assessment. We were ready to go..... then legal nightmares. It turned out to be an estate property were the will was not probated, hidden issues began to pop up. The other sides attorney was not responding or not always forthcoming. Timothy was right there for us. It was like having a legal counselor, strategist and coach all wrapped up in one. Okay so the closing date was finally set after 5 months. Then at the closing more problems popped up. He was all over it. Honestly there were times my wife and I were ready to walk away but with his help we are now settling in to our dream. I don't think one could do better then Allomong.
