It took one year for my chapter 7 bankruptcy to go through because of not sending my paperwork to the courts. Then was promised I can still do my car payments on line because he did an affirmation for that and just found out he never sent the paperwork back to the bank. To many things went wrong in the one year I dealt with Mr Singer.

The process was enlightening and painless as he walks you through everything and breaks the legaleze speak into basic terms that anyone would understand.Mr. Leonard Singer was a pleasure to work with...and if I had to do it all over, I would retain his legal representation again.Goals he exceeded my expectations and are listed below:He was quick and decisive in filing my lawsuit at Federal Court;He was thorough in reviewing all documentation provided to him;He was attentive and responsive on phone calls and to emails.He was able to stop all future wage garnishment from creditors; harrarrishg letter and calls stopped.He provided me a two-part Financial Education course information that I, as debtor, needed to complete via Internet as required by law.We both attended the bankruptcy court discharge proceedings using latest teleconferencing technology while I was home. (Took only 1/2 day off work in the morning for this, then went to work afterwards)He followed up to make certain my all already garnishmed pay taken out my paycheck by the creditor was returned back me as permitted by law (not immediate but nonetheless I received it in a reasonable time...as he told me so...);And lastly, Mr Singer held another bankruptcy hearing, as required for my financial loan creditor's request, for a Reaffirmation of the existing car loan with my bank/C.U. He was able to secure my personal car. (For this to happen it took place in person at his office while we dialed into the court from his conference room. I took a whole day off from work because I wouldn't know how long the hearing would be and then I had to consider traveling from his office inTotowa NJ to work location during busy roads...so that's that.) Honestly I could have made it since there were not many people before my case being heard.All in all it was a whole new experience for me...it was a little bit unnervy sometimes, but I was confident in his abilities to do right by me. 5 out 5! 👌
