May 11 · Louli LI came to him with a work discrimination case which he took. After a few months of not hearing from him I reached out to him and was told I needed to send in paper work within a day to be filed or the case could be dropped. I wasn't given any notice about this and over- nighted my paperwork. The next day they said they didn't received it and that I must not have sent it. I missed the deadine to file by one day, and recently found out he could have dual filed leaving me another option of 2 more years federally. We basically went back and forth yelling which he told me it was all my fault? He literally cost me my entire case and I'm pretty sure he forgot I was a client and thats why when I reached out I was rushed to turn something in with a days notice. Extemely disappointed with this attorney and his staff.
