After speaking with me during the intake process, she told me she would follow up with me within 2-3 days. I waited. After 3 days I started to call and email her. Finally after many emails and calls she ended up emailing me back saying they couldn’t take my case. Fair. Not here to make judgment on that. But the fact that I called and called and emailed her …then to get an email from her 2 weeks later rejecting my case….And this was literally 10 minutes after I left a message for her on her voicemail.Where is her professionalism? You are an attorney. You will have to deliver good and bad news to people. You cant And shouldn’t hide behind a keyboard.My suggestion to you , is to be approachable and compassionate. Don’t make people wait. And don’t coward behind a email. Make that call to someone. A phone call goes a long way.Again this isn’t because you rejected My case. Things happen.
