Very poor service. I called and emailed this law office trying to explain an improper eviction and they did nothing to correct the issue. My former landlord Woodland Park Apartments in East Palo Alto did not process my move out notification and ended up submitting my account for eviction 30 days after I left. I contacted Woodland Park repeatedly before the eviction was finally executed by the sheriff but they never did anything to stop the court proceedings. In a last ditch effort I contacted the Law Office of Todd Rothbard directly to explain what happened but they also did nothing. Now, over 6 months later my landlord simply apologized and cleared the eviction fee because they realized their mistake. This does not help the fact that I have a false eviction on my record because Todd Rothbard Law and Woodland Park Apartments.
