Called more than 3 times and each time they would answer they would hang up. Had to give a voicemail in regarding of this company attempting to file a case to sue me. I had to call my own original credit card company to explain about your horrible customer service and that I can't talk about my current situation because you guys can't answer a single phone call. Get better employees to actually pick up the phone and do their job. Already filed for title 7, so if you want to contact me personally, talk to my attorney.

Very aggressive zombie debt collector. They claim to represent companies and banks in court filings to collect debt, when if fact they have paid pennies on the dollar for the debt they are attempting to collect. The original creditors have written the debt off, so the debt belongs to The Moore Group and them alone.They will skirt rules pertaining to lawfully serving a summons to you (if they even attempt it) and get a quick default judgement in Los Angeles county, eventually using the sheriff's department to levy your bank account. At this point it will be very difficult for you to claw your money back and fight them. If you are contacted by this company make no attempt to negotiate with them directly. If you are served your best recourse is to lawyer up and beat them in court.

Bad company. I called to dispute and sent 2 emails with attachments and the lady on the phone I will not state her name stated there are to many emails to go through. She was rude and not professional I asked to speak with a manager. When the manager looked there were no emails. I looked in my emails it went to the wrong address. I emailed with the manager on the phone and waited for her to receive. I asked her why did the other lady say there were to many emails to look at if my emails were never received. I have several emails and I really do hope they record the calls so the judge can hear how they are dishonest even when you are trying to do the right thing. Really do not know how to explain the unprofessionalism but to say ghetto. It is a collection agency that does there own in house suing and call it a law firm.

The operation of MLG is terrible. The representative lies so much that the lie is the truth to them. The world MLG operates is confounding. They are not in the business of helping people more of burdening people with endless back and forth. I say do not be bothered with them.
