I am compelled to share my deeply troubling experience with Mr. Manfredo Lespier, recently appointed as a minor's counsel. Unfortunately, my interactions with him have been incredibly disappointing and concerning.Mr. Lespier has consistently dismissed my concerns regarding my son Alexander's well-being. He is colluding with Alexander's mother, who is representing herself, while ignoring her lack of communication about the critical issues affecting Alexander.During today's court proceedings, Mr. Lespier knowingly and deliberately made misleading statements and presented inaccurate information, misrepresenting the facts of the case. Despite my efforts to provide him with relevant evidence, he has not acknowledged it and has shown a troubling lack of transparency in his responses.These actions raise serious concerns about his adherence to court ethics and professional conduct. It is unacceptable for an officer of the court to behave in this manner, and he must be held accountable for his unprofessional conduct. Following today's hearing and his continued misrepresentation of the facts, I have decided to report him to the California Bar Association and its ethics committee. My hope is that this will prompt him to reassess his approach and ultimately represent my son the way he deserves.I would NOT recommend Mr. Lespier to anyone seeking a competent and ethical advocate for their case.I urge ANYONE who is need of legal help to STAY AWAY from this law office.

I'd confidently hire and seek out his well known representation in a heart beat if it were necessary.I was referred to him by a trusted source. I called the office, spoke with Sarah. She herself is so well versed and so kind, caring and these two are def not someone you'd want on the other side.I was impressed with the communication and sincerity I received from the initial contact and was able to get a meeting within a few days.
