Roger has been my family law attorney since 2009. What I like best about Roger is that he is direct and has good a “court side” manner, both in and out of the court room. Divorce and all the events that occur post-divorce to co-parent children through college graduation can drive high emotions. Roger holds compassion for his clients yet maintains focus to accomplish resolution in a timely manner. This helps reduce stress for everyone, most importantly the kids. I have used Roger for real estate and estate planning as well. He has a wealth of knowledge as an experienced legal professional.

I’ll be as honest as possible here…I shot myself in the foot a few times when Roger was representing me in a family law matter. That said, he was not very helpful with guidance, in the courts, or with the GAL. While he does have years of experience and is a good attorney, his lack of anticipation with my case is the cause of the three star review. There could have been better communication from him with respect to the cost, time frame, and overall experience with the GAL, whom he claims to have known for thirty years. I mean really, a 30 year relationship and you cannot anticipate that the GAL would NOT speak with my psychiatrist, even though she asked me to complete a HIPPA release which I did immediately, and instead recommend a court ordered psychiatric evaluation that would have cost me another $20,000 and a year of my time. Stand up, and fight back for your client! All in all, I am $15,000 poorer and in the same situation that I started in based on Roger’s counsel. Sure some of this was my own doing, and I take full responsibility for that, however there was something left to be desired when he worked for me…
