★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We are so grateful to the law offices of Hoyt and Bryan for their help with our Will and family trust. They made a potentially overwhelming process feel straightforward and gave us peace of mind knowing our family's future is secure. Their expertise and care are truly commendable.
May 17 · Athena StatonExtremely unprofessional and disrespectful experience.”My interaction with Hoyt & Bryan Law Firm was unbelievably disappointing. Instead of providing support, I was met with hostility and condescension. They showed no interest in treating me with respect or offering real guidance, and their demeanor was consistently rude. I walked away feeling more stressed than when I came in. If you’re looking for a law firm that values clients, look elsewhere—this is not the place.
August 18 · bob greysonSophia made an appointment for me to go into the office and called me the morning of the appointment and canceled. She tried to tell me the appointment was for the following month (then why did she call me)? She eventually admitted she had made an error. As it was, I had been trying to get a question answered for 6 weeks and another month was just too long to wait. I ended up going somewhere else and got the answers to my questions almost immediately. H & B has taken on more work than they can handle and I felt like I was strung along for way too long of a wait.
May 08 · Kathy S.A neighbor of mine hired Peggy Hoyt in Florida, to write a pet will for her old horses that were kept on a farm in WI, in which the neighbor had a life estate but I owned.I was never contacted by these lawyers after their client died, to discuss what was to be done with the horses. We finally had to call them and email them repeatedly to ask their plans and intentions now that these lawyers have control of the Florida assets.Their response was lack luster. This law office doesn’t seem to care a bit about the animals, but perhaps have lots of interest in billing once they have control of the assets, as the 20 page “inexpensive will” written for my neighbor specified lots of ways the legal staff and administrator could get paid.
September 05 · Pat Lowell HammarbackMy neighbor highly recommended the firm, but the firm has no time for new clients. I need immediate assistance and contacted on January 13 and was told it would be middle of February before I could talk to someone. All of the references to prompt services, etc, on web are incorrect. Would not contact if you need immediate probate advice, etc.
