Susan Vatcher EDPNA Reviews
Michael Bell and his assistant said they went through my medical records thoroughly and said that they felt we were prepared to go to court and win my case. But we still lost the case and when I got the letter from the judge as to why, it was because Mr. Bell and his assistant did not do their job and thoroughly go through all my medical files but the judge did and found discrepancies and denied my case even with vocational rehabilitation telling the judge I could not work with the medications I was taking and the severity of my disability noted by several doctors. I was charged for this service and of him and his assistant to go through my records thoroughly and ensure that my case would have the best chance to win but clearly they did not so their jobs. I do not recommend going to even someone who worked for Michael Bell as they do not do their job as they say they will and you will be disappointed when you lose!

September 06 · Margaret “Marcy” RossTold my mother to “couch surf” when she asked for advice with what was going on, and didn’t provide any help what so ever with what was needed to be done and after bombarding my mother with paper fees that he never disclosed to her. Bills were never provided for what services were rendered . Completely took advantage of a disabled woman and had her more stressed than need be with no clear communication of expectations. Then after everything was about done and final he called her just to remind her that he had been watching it and expected even more money which caused more stress because of his lack of interpersonal skills. If you’re a middle aged woman going through a rough time this man will show no empathy and take you for every dollar he can. If you’re a caring son/daughter and you’re looking to find help for your parent/guardian/or just someone you care about look into who else is available. While yes he may get the job done in the end, the path there is a lot more rough than need be. Why drive down a dirt road filled with pot holes when you can drive down a smooth paved one is the experience provided.
