What is Worth Choosing
When selecting a legal professional, a key factor is the attorney's experience and specialization. Susan F. Groberg's long-standing career and focus on specific areas of law are among the most significant reasons to consider her services. Having been admitted to the bar in 1986, she has witnessed and adapted to the changes in New York's legal and real estate landscape for decades. This extensive background means she has likely handled cases similar to yours, giving her a unique perspective and a deep understanding of the potential challenges and solutions. Her long history as a practicing attorney allows her to offer well-informed and strategic legal advice, which is invaluable when dealing with high-stakes matters like real estate transactions or estate administration.
Her specialized practice areas are another compelling reason to choose her. By concentrating on commercial and residential real estate, commercial leases, and probate and estate planning, she has cultivated an expertise that is difficult to match in more generalized practices. This focus ensures that she is up-to-date on the latest legal developments and case precedents in these fields. For a client, this means they are not just getting a lawyer, but a dedicated specialist who is well-versed in the specific laws and procedures that apply to their situation. The complexity of New York's real estate and probate laws makes this specialized knowledge essential for a successful outcome.
Finally, the hands-on approach of a solo practitioner can be a significant advantage. Unlike larger firms where your case might be passed between multiple attorneys and paralegals, working with Susan F. Groberg means you have a direct point of contact who is personally invested in your case. This direct communication and continuous involvement can lead to a more personalized and streamlined legal process. Her commitment to her practice and her clients is evident in her long and consistent career. For New Yorkers seeking a seasoned attorney with a clear focus on real estate and estate matters, Susan F. Groberg's experience and specialization make her a solid choice for legal representation.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Wow, what a horrific human being this woman is. She is a wicked person who will take your money and run without even putting in effort to your case. All she cares about is her money and doing literally the absolute bare minimum. This woman is wicked and is incredibly rude to service workers. This woman has completely embarrassed me in front of the people I work with in my life. She has been extremely rude and cursing out service workers. Truly a menace. Look for someone with 5 stars. Not this demon with less than 3.5 review

November 13 · Ekua FashionI am very thankful that my daughter had already had excellent experiences with Susan Groberg and therefore recommended her highly when I recently moved to New York. I have now used Susan to buy a condominium and sell it, as well as buy the house I now live in. The first time I used her, I wasn't even in the country but Susan stepped me through the process. She has always been solid with her knowledge of, and perspective on, New York real estate. She has also been very responsive and protective, making sure I didn't allow harmful mistakes in the process or let myself be taken advantage of. Her communication is direct and clear, and she's accommodating when needed. Her assistant, Sara Opoczynski, has also been wonderful. I have been so pleased that I am now going to use Susan for estate issues and making a will.

November 04 · Susan CummingsSusan Groberg is a truly excellent real estate attorney. And she has great people working with her; Sara Opoczynski is fantastic at her job and went above and beyond for us. Have worked with Susan on multiple occasions and would never go anywhere else. Cannot recommend her highly enough.

September 15 · Anna StumpfHORRIBLE ATTORNEY, she is the rudest attorney ever and doesn’t truly care for her clients. She is extremely rude to service workers and curses at them for doing their job. She doesn’t have 5 stars for a reason. Save yourself your money and find a better attorney who actually cares about your case and is not a literal devil at the core of their soul

November 13 · Angelic SirenMy husband and I signed a contract to buy in a small coop building in New York (Brooklyn), and we thought we'd have an easy purchase since it was a sponsor sale. Well it was anything but easy... and it took six months to close! I thank my lucky stars I was referred to Susan by another friend who had used Susan and raved about her. Even before we hired Susan officially, she took my calls and talked me through things for hours to help me understand the uniqueness of NYC real estate. And she seemed way more thorough than any other lawyer we spoke to. Once we did retain her, I always felt like she was working in my best interest, not her own, which meant a lot because I can't say the same thing about our bank or mortgage specialist. Yes, she was a little more expensive than others and some people told me she was "oldschool," but I found her amazing and thorough and always available, and I believe that few extra hundred made all the difference in us actually getting to the finish line. I would hire her again in a heartbeat.
