From the initial consultation throughout the entire process, attorney Miller was clear about expectations and more accessible that I imagined he would be. This is not in any sense a law firm. It's a billing firm. Once you've made a few rounds of payments you will be inundated with requests for positive reviews long before any services are rendered. You're interactions with this company will principally consist of billing, and "customer satisfaction" staff. The product they are pitching is a "fixed fee" divorce which is temporally constrained to an unrealistically short period. If you expect a completely amicable divorce which is easy and quick, you fit the profile for their target audience. If you expect an amicable divorce...you don't need a lawyer.

I hired sterling law offices and had a horrible experience. I wouldn't recommend using this law firm. I tried to report my attorney 2 times and no one spoke to me about it. I had 2 phone conversations with my attorney prior to the phone conversation where they told me if I didn't concede to the recommendations from the guardian ad litem that my lawyer would withdraw. I asked my attorney to file 3 requests for change and they never filed any. I sent my attorney a lot of information/evidence and she didn't use most of it. I agreed to a settlement conference and she never informed the opposing counsel that I agreed, which now they are making me pay more GAL fees because my attorney failed to acknowledge the settlement conference. This law firm doesn't respect their paying clients wishes and won't fit for you once they get paid. This law firm is a waste of money and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.
