★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Working with Paul Filippelli has been nothing short of outstanding! Over the past few years, I’ve worked with several lawyers, but none have been as kind, diligent, and responsive as Paul. From the very beginning, not only was he incredibly thorough in his work — providing ample communication, but also empathetic in his approach. His professionalism, wisdom, and genuine care gave me faith in lawyers and the justice system again. You can tell Paul has gone into this profession to fight for people, and that passion is clear in every single action he takes on behalf of his clients. He doesn’t just see a case, he sees the person and that makes all the difference!I first came to Spitz on the recommendation of a fellow member of the Harvard Club of Cincinnati, who is an HLS graduate. While I wasn’t able to go with their firm because they only take on large class action suits, I’m so glad I followed their advice to reach out to Spitz. It turned out to be the best decision. If you are looking for an employment or discrimination lawyer who will stand by you with compassion, diligence, and a true sense of justice, I cannot recommend Paul Filippelli and his firm highly enough. I would absolutely suggest working with them in the future.
August 29 · Faith NixonI had a positive experience working with Spitz, The Employee’s Law Firm. The process took time, but I always felt that my case was handled with professionalism and care. Chris Wido was knowledgeable, straightforward, and made sure I understood each step along the way. I appreciated the support during a difficult time, and I’d recommend Spitz to anyone looking for dedicated employee-focused legal representation.
July 07 · Kimberly DavenportAfter getting fired for an unjust reason, I reached out to the Spitz firm and explained everything that was going on with me getting fired. They were very pleased to jump on and help. The case lasted 2 years and they never gave up even after I thought about giving up a few times. They kept pushing through and assuring me that they would help me get justice for getting fired for no reason. And in the end they did exactly what they said and helped settle the issue and got the decision we were hoping. I was broke at the time because I lost my job and they took the case with no money down knowing they was only going to get paid if I did and fought for two years so I really respect these guys with everything.
June 04 · David KemptSpitz is amazing and I wouldn’t want to deal with any other attorneys in my case! They’re dedicated and super professional! Personable and friendly! They’re straight to the point. They do what they do and they do it damn well! Successful attorneys are envied and hated by the people they’re going against! I’m glad to be a client of spitz law firm!
December 21 · Carlicia Miria O’Conner Rodriguez (The Bratt)It was confusing until Mrs Tanisha helped me out if it wasn’t for her I would be lost on understanding everything she took her time to explain to me and help me understand and she is not a attorney I really appreciate her taking the time to help me cause she didn’t have to give that girl a raise ❤️
