When you are faced with a disability and the financial strain that comes with being unable to work, the choice of a legal advocate is one of the most important decisions you will make. Social Security Advocates of Wisconsin is worth choosing for people in the Wisconsin region for several compelling reasons, all of which are reflected in the provided client reviews.
First and foremost, their track record of success is a powerful testament to their competence. One client explicitly states that they were denied multiple times before hiring this team, and their case was only approved thanks to the firm's detailed preparation and presentation. This highlights the crucial role a specialized attorney can play, turning a seemingly hopeless situation into a successful outcome. The firm’s ability to handle the "thousands of pages" of medical records and present them effectively to a judge is a skill that few individuals could manage on their own.
Beyond their legal expertise, the emotional and personal support they provide is a major factor. Multiple reviews emphasize how the team treated them with "kindness and respect" and was "always consistent" with communication. One client, who had felt they "had no one to turn to," found the team to be a steadfast support system, always providing answers, whether the news was good or bad. This level of care and empathy can significantly reduce the stress and anxiety associated with the disability claim process. The fact that they "called just to check in" on a client demonstrates a commitment that goes far beyond a typical attorney-client relationship.
Finally, the firm’s specialized knowledge and client-first approach make the process "so smooth," as one reviewer noted. By taking on the burden of the paperwork and the legal fight, they allow clients to focus on their health. The clear explanations provided by the team ensure that clients are always informed and never confused about their case. For anyone in Wisconsin who is disabled and facing the daunting task of securing Social Security benefits, Social Security Advocates of Wisconsin offers not just legal representation, but a compassionate partnership dedicated to achieving a positive result.

They explained every step of the way very clearly and in terms that I could understand! Never did I question what we talked about because I didn’t understand it! They called just to check in on me, to explain the next step and leading up to the court appearance, although the judge had granted the decision in my favor before the court appearance I was updated and still went to the court hearing! They are an AMAZING TEAM! They truly do care about their clients! From day one when I was denied and denied they fought for me! After thousands of hospital report, surgeries reports, follow up reports, doctors appointments they took the time to go through ever report! THANK YOU!! 😊

April 17 · Ryan KlenzI had my disability benefits wrongly cut off even though my doctors certified I was still disabled. I tried appealing on my own and got nowhere, but as soon as Social Security saw Social Security Advocates of Wisconsin were representing me, I was reinstated. Their help proved that having the right representation makes all the difference — I highly recommend them.
August 31 · Stephanie RawsonMy relationship Atty. Hudec goes back to the early 2000's while he was working on client files in the Waukesha Social Security Office.Back then the files for his clients were in large file folder(s). He stood for many hours photo copying his client folders for Disability Ins. Claims, note he did not send any of his staff. I took one of his cards for future reference. I did refer many of my personal contacts over the years to Dave. Then a friend became ill with depression at a young age and could not work her career job making good money at the time. She trusted my guidance to see Atty. Hudec and Dave was successful in getting her Social Security Disability benefits. My oldest son a Disabled Marine Corps. Disabled Vet had an issue going back to his service related broken back, and all the side effects that go with an injury like that he was disabled before his 22nd birthday. Now Social Security after many years wanted to with draw his Social Security claim and make him pay back Social Security, Denied his monthly payment and required him to make payments of thousand's of dollars, Approximately $30,000. Most Social Security attorneys would say I CAN"T HELP YOU ! I had my son contact Dave and proceeded with his RECLAIM of his Social Security. I always told all (4) my children to keep good record for very important things in your lifes. My son did so with the help of the VA. After 8 years 3 Hearings a Supreme Court Appearance/Hearing which intern caused a referral back to the Administrative Law Judge, a 4th Hearing was had. His Social Security was reinstated with help of Atty, Hudec and his dedicated group in his office.Thank You ! Dave and his Group of Attorneys. The saga does not end here.My younger sister had gotten Covid-19 exposer while working in 2000. She exhausted all of disability benefits from her employer. She was considered a LONG HAUL COVID victim. She was at wits end as to what to do, this was all very new to all of us if you remember then. I contacted Atty. Hudec who did not work with LONG HAUL COVID disability yet. Dave helped my sister with her initial application for Social Security Disability Benefits, after time, many health evaluations, exams and a hearing by Social Security she was granted her Disability benefits. If you need or think you need help in getting your Social Security Benefits, Atty Dave Hudec would be my choice to help you.John D, Seefeldt
