This guy calls himself a Qualified Intermediary I'd say the only thing he is qualified for is to clean a toilet and maybe not even that. I am doing a 1031 for my first time with over $1 million This guy would not return an email text or calls then finally did. His assistant was so incompetent that she had to send the paperwork 3 times and could not give the correct answers and was so rude because I needed help completing the complicated paperwork that they should have completed first.
