★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My experience working with James Smith, Esquire and Victoria Beltzner, Senior Paralegal, was for the administration of a family members estate. From my first conversation through to the completion of administration and filing the required documents, I was confident that James and Victoria were always looking out for my best interest and provided me with the best advice and counsel possible. I sincerely appreciate all of their help and will refer others to them when I have the opportunity. Well done!
July 31 · Craig MengelUsed them to process the disposition of my mother's estate, and also enlisted them to draw up wills and POA's for my wife and I. Victoria was extremely professional and kept me up to date with all facets of the process; was very happy with their service & wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.

February 20 · Lisa ShellyHaving recently been involved with being an Executor for an estate of a dear friend, I would have been totally lost without the staff at Smith Bukowski. From Anna, the lovely receptionist, to Victoria Beltzner, who was my main point-of-contact, it couldn't have possibly gone smoother. They really cared about helping me navigate through the maze of responsibilities incumbent on being an Executor. I felt like a valued client throughout the experience.
July 30 · Bill MannVery caring team. Attorney Smith and Victoria settled both my parents' estates. My father died during the days of Covid shutdown and my mother, who was living in an assisted living facility, needed to sign paperwork. Since she was only allowed to leave for a short appointment, Attorney Smith had everything ready and on short notice was able to update her old will (completed by their prior attorney who had since retired) and update her Power of Attorney while we waited. Very grateful for their kind assistance at that time. They took care of all the legal aspects of both estates in a judicious manner.
