Few years ago I met Mr. Daniel skinner through my late wife, after she died he helped in the probate process and seeing to it that my late wife wishes were fulfilled. Coming to America as an immigrant and understanding probate laws was hard because I had no idea how the probate process works, but Mr. Dan Skinner had helped in the whole process and he was very reliable and open through out the whole process and no words can ever express how grateful I am to him and his entire staff. His one in a billion legal professionals and he was very compassionate and professional. Several lawyers would have taken advantage of my ignorance and tried to run up my legal fees and delay the whole process, but Mr. Dan never did that! Thank you once again for everything and I will coming back again whenever I need the help of a good lawyer.

I retained Skinner & Associates for my custody case and at first they were very helpful and informative. However, they charge you for mistakes that THEY make on paperwork and have to correct. They had my daughter's DOB incorrect (even though I gave them the correct date) on the motions to file and when I brought it to their attention and they corrected it I WAS CHARGED for the new paperwork. They will trick you into phone calls, emails and meetings to charge you Ungodly fees and will eat up your retainer fee before you are even done with your case. They also held my case up for 3 - 4 weeks doing nothing and the excuse I received is that "someone in the office had COVID". But they sure did charge me every time I sent an email to check on the status of the case. I withdrew from them representing me when they tried to charge me ANOTHER retainer fee before the court hearing. Needless to say, I won my case without them. There are better and much cheaper attorneys out there.

Unfortunately I met Stacey in a civil case in Columbus. She lied to the court and to the judge claiming I made statements I never made. I was able to prove she was lying with audio recordings I made of our interactions, and the look on her face when I presented this evidence and all of her motions were thrown out was pretty priceless! This woman, and by representation, this law office is a very, very morally poor representation of the justice system. Avoid at all costs.
