★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I don't know where to start, since day one (consultation) everything went smooth, they explained everything well gave me a long list of information I was going to need to file. Took me about 5 months to put it all together, after doing so we made another appointment to start the filing. They checked all the information I gave them, they filed my case, within 1 month they asked for my biometrics, 3 months after I had my work permit, and month after I had my green card in the mail box. Over all took 5 months after filing. My case was very fast but over all I'm very happy, I kno some cases can take longer but I'd put my trust in this office anytimeAll the girls at the front desk where very helpful. And our paralegal Andrea was amazing, she explained how the process was going to go, she answered all our questions. And always responded quick to calls or emails.I have referred them to friends and family. And will continue to do so.
April 02 · Christian RamirezReceptionists are always rude, gossiping amongst themselves and NEVER DO THEIR JOB!! They rarely answer the phone and when you ask them a simple question they give you incorrect information. Overall service is super slow, go elsewhere for more productive and professional service.
June 16 · Alondra DelgadoI cannot express enough gratitude for the exceptional service my mom received from Jasmine Pedraza and Elizabeth Alvarado during her naturalization case. Their resourcefulness and patience made a seemingly daunting journey feel manageable and straightforward. They were consistently available to answer our questions and provided clarity on every aspect of the process, ensuring we felt confident and supported throughout. Their dedication and professionalism truly is worth admiring , and we wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone seeking assistance with immigration matters. Thank you, Jasmine and Elizabeth, for making this experience a positive one!
September 05 · Gladysjust terrible! Would not recommend anyone here, take business elsewhere. these people do not care about your case at all. My brother in law has been waiting for almost 3 months for a call back from Katie radder!!! Everytime we call for update the receptionist and paralegal leave a message to her but no response. Seems as she has not done her part in work and is AVOIDING US. I mean wow!!This is completely unprofessional and unacceptable. Incompetent place of a “business”
August 22 · Sabrina JohnsonIf i could do 0 stars i would. Its been over 4 years that we went to them and they took my husbands fingerprints and they supposedly didn't get a response and they made us go in again… like after two years, after that they said oh we actually did get a response…. Like what!!!! How are you not going to know if you got a response or not… and now we just call and call and call and they always say they'll get back to us. 5 years wasted. But of course they have no problem taking payments
