My spouse was diagnosed with MS several ago and we have applied for SSDI multiple times over the years, all of which were denied. The last time we filed, we decided to use an attorney who was poor at communication up to and including the hearing (the attorney only said about a dozen words on my spouse's behalf). That case was denied again and the attorney's office ceased all communication the second the denial came through. My spouse wanted to give up on applying but I wanted to try once more.This time we hired Marc Shipon and could not be happier. The staff was great. Everyone was personable, very open and consistent with communication, and more helpful throughout the entire process than I could have ever hoped for.My spouse was just FINALLY approved for benefits, and it's all thanks to Marc Shipon, Lauren Piro, and the rest of the staff! Even after the approval, they have been in communication to make sure that we know the next steps in the process and encouraged us to call back at any point if we have any questions or concerns.Moral of the story, I recommend Shipon Law to everyone and anyone that could benefit from their services! I sought Shipon Law Associates help with a disability claim that was initially denied. I’m very grateful to them. Throughout the entire process, I felt I was in great hands. Kim was the paralegal who collected and processed all of my documentation. I appreciated having her as a primary point of contact prior to the proceeding.
