July 19 · Danielle DeatonI can't go off other peoples review so I have to write my own to share my experience and it wasn't a good one , I feel as tho this public service office who are suppose to serve the community pick and chooses who they want to assist. The intake specialist was so aggressive and rude towards me when I asked her certain questions , she wasn't here for it so I called back in the hope to speaking to someone above her and that turn into a flop I was totally ignored because they felt as tho I step on their ego as paralegal and professionals but I can only call a spade a spade thei behavior gabe off bias and bit racist , they even went as far as hanging up on me and one the executive told me not to contact their office any more .didn't know she's owned the public service building. But I realized that in these day people with their big titles believe that they are bigger than my God . They believe that because you're seeking help that you're not entitled to your opinions like you're just a peasant who needs their help. I was humiliated and that is unacceptable who hired these incompetent staff who can't control their emotions. Wouldn't want someone who exercise such quickness to defensive behavior and rudeness to represent me .
August 21 · Shanique NiqueThis group is made up of wonderfully incredible people, with unique human qualities. Attorney Sylvia, Mrs. Charity and the entire team are incredible... They helped me with everything with my brother to obtain his legal custody. They were so patient, loving, they explained things to me with such patience. They are a blessing in our lives and I totally recommend them... I thank God for reaching this group of attorneys who helped me at all times and never left me alone throughout the entire process... For more people like them in the world!
