What is Worth Choosing
When selecting a law firm in Pennsylvania, particularly in a large city like Philadelphia, it is essential to consider the firm's areas of expertise and its track record. Schachtel Gerstley Levine is a firm that offers a broad range of legal services, which can be beneficial for clients who have multifaceted legal issues. Their practice areas, including civil practice, real estate, and trusts and estates, show a versatility that can be a significant advantage. This allows them to assist clients with matters that may overlap, such as a business owner who needs help with both corporate law and estate planning. The firm's involvement in Orphans' Court matters and fiduciary litigation also suggests a deep understanding of complex family and estate-related legal issues, which are often highly sensitive and require specialized knowledge.

The provided amenities, such as a wheelchair-accessible restroom, demonstrate a commitment to accommodating all clients and providing a comfortable environment. However, as with any legal decision, it is important to conduct thorough research. The provided customer reviews, while not a complete picture of the firm's entire history, highlight the importance of individual experiences and the need for clear communication and professional conduct. While one review speaks highly of an individual attorney's honesty and persistence, another expresses significant concerns about a different attorney's professionalism and communication. This underscores the need for a personal consultation to build a relationship and assess whether the firm is the right fit for your specific needs. Ultimately, choosing Schachtel Gerstley Levine means considering a firm with a wide range of practice areas and a presence in the local legal community, while also prioritizing a personal connection and comfort level with the attorney who will be handling your case.

Schachtel Gerstley Levine Reviews
If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst experience. They were horrible (Koplan and Frishberg). Koplan messed up my Aunts will- it was sloppy, negligent and caused a huge drama in my family and ultimately a lot of money. Frishberg was equally terrible and actually threatened to tell my family lies rather than pick up the phone to confirm information. Do not hire them. It was a truly horrible experience that will leave many emotional and financial scars.
October 20 · Caryn Gardiner, CRS, REALTORBernice Koplin lead our family through a very difficult time. The situation was exceedingly complicated and often unpleasant but Bernice handled it with honesty, patience and persistence. She went far beyond the call of duty. We will always be indebted and truly grateful.

June 25 · Beth CWorst experience on top of already losing my dad. Had a fixed price contract and Frishberg came back wanting more money but didn’t provide and data backing, time, nothing. He told me his office was closed the month of September, and I followed up every few months for 4 years just to complete a deed transfer. He won’t do it because he “feels” I owe money. Won’t send me my documents, and now won’t even respond I to my emails. I never have had to write a poor review until now. I have pleaded to just complete the job so I can close this part of my life. Now I have to retain another lawyer to sue him for malpractice: dont use this attorney !
