When choosing an attorney for something as important as an immigration case, it is vital to select a professional who is not only knowledgeable but also a good fit for your family's needs. The provided reviews raise some serious concerns that prospective clients should be aware of. One review states, "I paid $500 for the FOIA report back in September 2023 when they said it would take 6-8 months to get it. Two years later we are still waiting." The client also noted that a refund was denied and that there was a lack of communication. Another review highlights a similar issue, with a client whose mother's immigration packet was allegedly "lost in immigration" after waiting for almost a year. The review also mentions a failure to communicate this issue and a lack of documentation due to a "computers crash," which required the client to resend all of the paperwork and pay an increased fee. The reviewer expresses extreme disappointment, stating, "they just want your money they don’t care about the clients and their situations." These reviews suggest that prospective clients should be very proactive in their own due diligence, ensuring their intentions are clearly understood and that they are comfortable with the attorney's communication style and case management practices. It is always wise to thoroughly research and vet any attorney, especially when dealing with such sensitive and high-stakes legal matters. The most important thing is for clients to feel confident that their attorney is working in their best interest and fully understands their wishes. For anyone in Utah seeking to navigate the complexities of immigration law, the key to a successful outcome is to find a legal partner with whom they have a high level of trust and clear, open communication.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I don’t recommend their services. I paid $500 for the FOIA report back in September 2023 when they said it would take 6-8 months to get it. Two years later we are still waiting. Couple of months ago I requested a refund and it was denied. No email or communication on the status of the request was ever received. DO NOT waste your time and money with them.
August 16 · Ariel EspínolaPlease read -If I could choose 0 stars I would, my moms case was taken by Millie Jeppson over a year ago we sent her immigration packet, my mom would constantly call and ask how her case was going they would never really say anything reassuring she never received any receipts or any news stating immigration received her case , so we just let time pass trusting this “Lawyer”, for us to find out that her packet got lost in immigration, my mom had to go in to make a payment and ask to speak with Millie for her to find out they failed at communicating this to her almost a year later waiting for any good news if you have a family member waiting to receive some kind of status and to find out nothing can be done, Millie also said they had their computers crash and she had no documentation from when she sent her first packet the second time my mom went into see her she never mentioned this the first time and wanted us to resend it again after we managed to gather the funds for her first packet with immigration prices that went up it was more so we decided not to go with her any longer , I’m so disappointed because she also said this happened to a family of 4 I wouldn’t trust this place with taking any cases and also they just want your money they don’t care about the clients and their situations be mindful when choosing this place to take any immigration case they need to do better!!
July 22 · Miriam MartinezThe worst. Immigration law office I’ve ever seen in my life!!!First. We made several appointments to see this attorneyTo get a month ahead appointmentWhen the time finally came. We got a phone call that she had an emergencySo another re scheduleThen the day came finally againSo first impressions!!!When I walked in. There is a receptionist who’s sign in front of her counter is missed spelled and all the letterings are torn off.Second There was another what looked like a receptionist that was copying. And sending what looked like personal photos or intimate photos via fax. God knows where!!Dressed in jeans and sandals. Wow. What a dress code!!Then. The main receptionist. Said the attorney is running a little late have a seat pls. Mind you after all the waiting they made us do. It was ok to tell us. You have to wait again because she’s running late. As if she was seeing us for free!!We complied !! Not even 5 minutes of to sitting down. The main receptionist got a phone call. From what appear to be a client. In which she processed to laugh. And asked the Sandle girl. Hey. This lady is telling me that how am I spelling Stephany!! In which. I think she doesn’t even know how. Jajajaja!!I was like wow!! This is a supposedly a professional. Law firm. With ppl who want to spend thousands of dollars. And to have a Sandal girl and a receptionist who lacks the education and knowledge to know better as to give this ppl that respect!!No matter the background!!Oh yeah and did I mentioned. I seen a older heavy set gentleman. Not sure if he was one of the attorneys but was also wearing clothes as if he was out at the mall or at the beachIncredible !!! More and more!! Ppl who lack the education and dress code on a law office Need to go back to school. And re learn how to be a professional!!!
May 18 · Freddy BlandonTerrible service, they told me they were going to walk with me through every step of my immigration process, which is not true. Every time I called to ask questions, the only person who helped me was the receptionist, and as far as I know I hired a lawyer, not a receptionist. I had to find out answers to my questions through internet, or even other lawyers, because they answer were always incompetent.
May 18 · Sabrina BramallExcellent professional, honest, knowledgeable, ethical. Her staff is equally efficient and they’re very helpful during my whole process. I would recommend her services with no hesitation.
