Rick G. Mansfield Introduce
Navigating the complexities of legal matters, particularly those related to personal finances, property, and family legacies, requires a knowledgeable and trustworthy attorney. In Murfreesboro, Tennessee, Rick G. Mansfield is an attorney who focuses on these crucial areas of law. His practice is dedicated to providing professional guidance in matters of estate law, estate planning, estate administration, and real estate law. These services are vital for individuals and families who are planning for the future, managing an estate, or engaging in property transactions.
As an attorney, Rick G. Mansfield's expertise is centered on helping clients secure their assets and ensure their wishes are carried out. Estate planning involves the careful preparation of legal documents such as wills and trusts to manage one's assets in the event of incapacitation or death. Estate administration, or probate, is the legal process of settling an estate after a person has passed away. Real estate law is also a specialized field that governs property transactions and disputes. An attorney with expertise in these areas, like Mr. Mansfield, can provide a clear path through what can be a very complicated and stressful process.
It is important to note that public records and reviews indicate that his practice, like many, may involve the assistance of other attorneys or paralegals. A provided customer review describes a difficult experience with a probate matter that was handled by another attorney within the practice, Tawna Grey. The review alleges a lack of communication, a dispute over a retainer fee, and dissatisfaction with the legal advice received. This single review highlights the importance of clear communication and understanding the roles of different professionals within a legal practice. While the review is a significant concern for a potential client, it represents one individual's experience and should be considered alongside the attorney's overall professional standing and stated areas of practice.

Rick G. Mansfield Reviews
Hello concerned patrons. I really didn't want this to cone to this as we as empathetic human beings want to give EVERY opportunity to allow a service to make right to a patron, this has been put off for close to a year if not a tick over, so our family has a probate matter that arose due to no will at time of our mother passing, i reached out to Mr Mansfield, at which time he passed it on to his probate attorney (Ms Tawna Grey) due to the only other sibling in this matter (us two brothers) blindsiding me with putting myself on speaker sitting across from said other firms attorney (CEO) as we just spoke to ea. Other moments prior within 30m and no mention of where/what he was doing, as any of the laymen to this i too was put on edge and beyond suspicious (yes to my own brother) i sought out advisement, I was told by BOTH mr Mansfield AND Esq T. Grey (moreso Ms Grey) that her $1,000 retaining fee needed to be sent and she'd tackle it immediately or within reason , sent the $1,000 via C.A. oh and have record of said $1,000 retainer. (months go by.. more weeks go by) i reach out , got a few responses but it always seemed suspicious in that she "dropped me like its hot" few other runarounds occured.finally i reached back out to mr Mansfield himself to inform of the issue at hand at which at THIS time he informed me " well if there's already a probate attorney on the case you dont need another attorney (different firm) on same case (well that would have been nice BEFORE i was told to give Ms grey the THOUSAND DOLLARS IN CASH) then i finally told BOTH ms grey and mr Mansfield "just refund my $ and ill move on (nothing) still a year+ later (zero zilch nada no updates, no NOTHING re; anything of the sort. Now i don't know about you but this screams disingenuous/shady & beyond Petty behavior over a $1,000. My next step is the Tennessee board of ethics. (Watch me)
