• If you are looking for the best of the best from a divorce/child custody attorney in competence, preparedness, knowledge, patience, compassion and attentiveness, look no further, I have done your homework for you!I am not typcially inclined to take the time to write reviews, even though I read and take heart in them. But, I simply would not feel good without expressing my sincerest gratitude to my attorney, Bryan Reed (Reed, Centracchio @ Assoc.) Gabrielle DiPrimio and of course Cali, our paralegal - who was the cherry on top!Bryan was referred to me through a trusted and knowledgeable person. I still however did my due diligence and interviewed a couple of other high-powered divorce and child custody attorneys prior to selecting Bryan as my hands down favorite!During our interview, I quickly recognized Bryan's kindness, confidence (without a shred of arrogance), knowledge of the law, compassion and professionalism which led me to believe that he would serve as a trusted advocate if he was willing to take my case on; which thankfully he did!This was certainly not a "sexy" case for a firm of Bryan Reed's stature. I came to Bryan post-divorce seeking Child Support and Sole Custody after litigation regarding same with my prior divorce attorney went nowhere; nor did they trust that it would. I however believed that with the right representation, it would!Bryan and Garielle were dealing with the worst of the worst, a psychopathic narcissist who would stop at nothing to drag this case on and force me to "give up". While i did explain this to them in the beginning, they quickly became very aware of my ex's antics and gamesmanship throughtout the entirety of our case.Bryan was, from the very beginning, extremely transparent with me about expectations and outcomes and ALWAYS considerate of the financial implications of our actions. While I didn't always understand his choices and/or strategies, what I did have was complete Trust in him and my team! An email or call placed was always answered the same day, no matter what other pending cases they were involved in. Bryan even called me on a Holiday when I needed guidance!Fast forward a few years...yes, that what I said! FINALLY, justice was served, and Bryan and Gabrielle handed my ex a terrific financial blow, and me a victory! While my ex attempted to string this case along until my daughter was emancipated, Bryan got me sole custody and BACK child support (from when I filed - 31 months worth) for more than the IL statute allows! Also, probably as importantly my dignity and valiation were brought to light through the forthright strategic presentations laid out to the Judge.The genuine attention, care and responsiveness that I received from Bryan (and his team) throughout the entirely of the case demonstated a true dedicaiton and compassion to his clients. During very trying times, I would receive a phone call just to see how I was; I would also receive calls wishing me a happy birthday or Mother's Day...these are not the average divorce attorney things to do whern they have very important case logs - which Bryan certainly did! You will never be a number or a paycheck with Bryan, but a friend!So, justice previaled, and the hard-fought fight is over. Thank you so very much for carrying me over the finish line to a victorious and extremely stategic win; you and your team are the absolute best!Chrisy

• Clare McMahon, who was initially associated with Hoffenberg & Block, LLC and is now with this firm, was assigned to my case as Parenting Coordinator (PC). According to Clare, my Ex's attorney sent her a private text message prior to the court's decision, inquiring if she would be interested in serving as the (PC) for my case. Essentially, this indicates an attorney assisting 'friends' for long-term financial gain. When I first met Clare (in-person), she exhibited a condescending and belittling demeanor.Less than a month into my case, Clare began to exceed her legal authority by attempting to alter my Allocation Judgment, interfering with court orders, and essentially acting as a Guardian ad Litem (GAL) rather than a PC. Clare drafted a recommendation letter aimed at enforcing a change in parenting time, which, according to Illinois statute, a PC is not permitted to do. Additionally, my Ex's attorney initiated the process to subpoena Clare as a witness, which, again, is prohibited for a PC under Illinois statute and our PC Agreed Order.Although Clare's subpoena process was ultimately dismissed and hardcore Squashed by the judge, her recommendation letters to modify the Allocation Judgment and parenting time were also rejected and rendered moot.Nevertheless, Clare billed for all the purported work she performed, including email exchanges between attorneys and paperwork processing for subpoena, accumulating a $10,000.00 invoice for both myself and my Ex. I refused to pay my 50% share of the $10K, while my willing Ex paid promptly thinking that Clare is a person from the heavens. For over two years, I did not settle Clare's fees, as her actions were entirely beyond the scope of her assignment.Ultimately, Clare submitted a motion against me to recover her fees, which I settled; however, I subsequently removed her from my case during that court hearing due to her clear disqualification from serving as a PC, a GAL, or even a standard attorney. I am perplexed as to what qualifications led Reed, Centracchio & Associates to employ Clare McMahon within their firm. It is typical for under-qualified and negative legal professionals to recruit someone of lesser capability to assert authority and maintain a semblance of managerial stature. Clare not only engages in professional misconduct by charging for trivial itemized tasks, but she also exhibits a complete lack of understanding regarding family law procedures.Should anyone conduct an online search for Clare McMahon, it becomes evident that she has been transitioning from one firm to another constantly, as she lacks the competence to thrive in any case or firm.I express my sympathy for anyone who has Clare McMahon as their attorney or PC, and I sincerely hope she is not appointed as your GAL. If you find yourself in any of these situations, I strongly recommend that you seek divine intervention or whatever higher power you believe in to rid yourself of her as swiftly as possible. Not only will Clare jeopardize your case, but she will also deplete your finances to the fullest extent before disappearing.[UPDATE]On August 29th, 2025, Clare McMahon sent an email to my children's current GAL w-out my knowledge, presenting that I had written a negative review about her in an attempt to incite the GAL against me.It is understood that Clare McMahon, a failure in Family law, is only attempting to paint a poor image of me with the professionals. She is unaware that neither the GAL, an attorney, nor a judge can take any action or use this review against me. This is the United States of America, where Freedom of Speech prevails, and I possess the right to articulate my thoughts, experiences, or interactions regarding anyone and any business I choose. No one can prevent me from doing so, and certainly, no one can hold any positive or negative review about any business against me.Clare McMahon is unprofessional, evading the truth and her own legal missteps. She worsens the negative image of attorneys by prioritizing her interests over the well-being of children in any role.
