Oser Michael N Reviews
May 2020 update. Michael is so terrible that I severe his client through him to come testify at a case that she already gave the other party "evidence" for. 6 days before the case is to go before the judge, he had his assistant send me a email, he doesn't want his client to testify! Why? Because he's a terrible lawyer and he as well as his client will get exposed. He's had ample time to send me this request but he did it on a 6 day notice that way I can't get them served again. This is the type of lawyer he is. One that avoids having to face one without a law degree or experience. What are you and your client trying to hide? He's been served multiple times on behalf of his client several week prior to court. If your as good as your email signature claims, why do you avoid having your client go through my extraction process?Terrible at his job. I faced him in court and I wiped the floor with him. I have no experience in law and still owned him, TWICE. Save your money and get a real lawyer. If he was ever good those days are behind him. Or waste your money as his clients mother did and risk facing a real lawyer that could beat him even worse than I did (I did a rather impressive job wiping the floor with him, while he sat there with that red face, temper, temper Michael)The best part was I told him what I was going to do every single step, along the way and he still couldn’t stop it. Just had to take it like the loser lawyer he is. I would say go look it up but his name magically isn’t on the papers, don’t worry, it’s getting fixed. Oh, and the second time I kicked his butt, I beat him before we even went to court. We didn’t even make it to the courtroom and he conceded to defeat JUST AS I TOLD HIM HE WOULD. Think twice, he’s not good. One word to describe him, repulsive. Figuratively and literally.

May 27 · Justin BrentleyWe hired Mike to help with my daughters traffic case. Due to COVID, this took much longer than it should have. Mike made sure to check in periodically to make sure we, and especially my daughter, were doing ok and if we had any questions. He answered all of our questions and if he was not sure of an answer, he would follow up once he found out.Mike was always very professional and made sure we understood what was going on. I would recommend him to any friends that needed help with juvenile cases.

March 08 · Stephanie HardinDiscussed possible representation over phone, however, once Mr. Oser stated that I basically could not afford him I had no interest in even having any association with him. Granted, I'm a mother trying to collect child support on a case that has several thousand dollars in arrears, so logical assumption would be that I have a shortage of money, but Mr. Oser really had no clue what other funds I may have had available. I am thankful that he cut me off fairly quick into the conversation so that I could seek someone else to represent me. Even though I'm paying more than what his fees would have been, at least I'm getting the respect & service that I feel like I should with my case & what seems to be a much more qualified attorney.
