I want to share my personal experience with David Oddo. My case lasted nearly 9 years, and unfortunately, it ended in an extremely disappointing and disheartening way.In the end, the lack of follow-through left me feeling unsupported and forgotten. At one critical point, I was given just a few days’ notice to travel from Atlanta to NYC for a second deposition, which I was only made aware of thanks to his paralegal at that time. As a single working mom, this was nearly impossible, but I made it happen as I desired justice in a dental case that stole so much from me and changed the whole trajectory of my life; I am still dealing with the repercussions. The lack of prep by David, the fumbling, manipulation, gaslighting, and beyond was off the charts when I finally met with David Oddo face to face, after hopping on a red eye after a 14 hour nursing shift. That was my only option with the few days notice.When I contacted Mr. Oddo re: few days to get to NYC, I was told that my case was not strong enough and that my records had been lost. This was devastating to hear after investing years of time, money (including thousands for an expert witness), and emotional energy.I felt unprepared, unheard, and ultimately left without any resolution. There was no clear explanation or accountability, just a sense that my case no longer mattered. I could go into more specifics for days, but I am keeping it pretty surface level as a very detailed review was removed from yelp.This is my honest experience, and I share it in the hope that others will be more aware and able to advocate for themselves in similar situations. My name is Noel I was a client along with 5 others with Eric Babbitt as our lawyer he was ok ish but. I felt pressured to sign documents and so did my friend even had the judge who works in his office talk to the other client about signing and we never received any type of paperwork and I can’t even look up my case on public records. He never took our case serious and basically was actually in favor of the police officers involved he refused to obtain names or badges, it was a police brutality and did everything just to get us out his office very much lacked in the case and text me after I confronted him about him pressuring others on the case to sign off because “others was signing “ and holding up the settlement. No document or case number to actually see the outcome
