It cost me $5000 to get a tenant out for non payment of rent. The $5000 bill consisted of: Serving a Pay or Quit notice, Serving/filing an Unlawful Detainer, Discovery documents, a 1 hour court appearance where my attorney appeared in person but tenant's attorney appeared via video conference, and then a Dismissal without prejudice. The tenant never filled our her Discovery nor did she personally appear in court, so these charges were just the cost of filling my side of the paperwork and dealing with my tenant's public counsel. I'd give them 5 stars for the service, but only 3 stars for the price because it's gotten so expensive.

Many seniors, going through tough personal situations, have come through my doors and I have always been able to resolve any concerns/ issues by talking things through with the senior and / or their family. Recently I have had a senior who would scream, yell, intimidate other residents, steal/ misplace other people's property and diminish the experience of our other seniors. Wayne and his team walked me through the process of setting up an initial court date, gathering supporting documentation and getting a lock out date set to remove this senior from our home.I can recommend Wayne highly and would suggest that you get a consultation with him/ his staff if you need to evict a tenant.
