First of all, I almost didn't choose Noelle because of a few bad reviews here, so I think it's important I address those first. My experience was the exact opposite than what was reported by a few people here, and since Noelle is probably not allowed to respond to them, I will.I was constantly in contact with Noelle and Diana (paralegal) on 2 transactions and found them to be extremely responsive. Noelle even responded on nights and weekends MULTIPLE times and provided the info I needed. Every time I called, I was able to get Noelle on the phone except once when she was in a closing and she promptly called me back.I had a very fast close, Noelle and her team were able to easily keep up with the pace. She was able to get us out of AR very quickly. They also did a great job and was extremely knowledgeable during the inspection contingency negotiations (which is probably the most important part) and made sure to protect my interests. We closed on time and everything went as smooth as one could really hope and we now own our dream home.I will be using Noelle when I sell my old house because she has earned my continued business.

Had a transaction with Noelle Nish for a recent real estate closing. NOT recommend:1. You DO have options to choose other attorney!! I was not aware that I could have other options and directly went with whom my real estate agent recommended, turned out very bad choice. I would definitely shop around had I known my options.2. Bad customer service. I did not get a phone call from anyone in the office until I called to discuss the second response during attorney review. Noelle did not bother to call me to introduce herself or discuss their charges upfront, hence I never knew that they charged me a higher than usual amount of fees until seeing the final CD last day. Of course I should have asked, but I trusted my realtor that they would charge as industrial standard, but they were actually not.3. Slow in response. Every time I called, she and her assistant were on call with other people. And their front desk never remembered their client names, asking who you are and your first name & last name every time you called. Although you left a message, they would not call you back, until you kept calling the whole day and complained about it. And another time for an urgent issue, they only called back the next day. Everyone else I got to talk to during the time, realtor, title company, loan agent, to discuss about the issue but not the attorney or her staff. Basically later in the phase, I gave up on trying to talk to them. They only replied emails, but that is not a good way to communicate for a first time buyer in NJ.4. Push back on you instead of protecting your interests. During attorney review and the negotiation process, when you tried hard to protect your interests, they would only push you back together with Seller's attorney. Many times I felt she is with Seller instead of me. Maybe it is due to the hot market, but still they can be more active to help me. They were very negative on things that I would like to try to negotiate.Overall, due to their lack of customer service, and higher than usual charges, I would not recommend this office to anyone, especially those who have transactions first time in NJ.

We retained this office to work on a real estate closing. The attorney is terribly unresponsive, the paralegal responds after about a day or two to request. Would not recommend… This may be a good firm for slow paced transactions… But for real estate closing, etc. I would pass on this firm.
