★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This firm is absolutely awful. They are retained by the enclave at seven oaks, which is an absolutely awful home association. They (and I'm sure others) have constructed a system with Michael Neall's firm where any time a payment is missed, they don't contact you. Instead they send this blood-sucking lawyer to collect their payments, as well as whatever amount of fees he would like. My upcharge was 100%. He literally doubled the amount I owed to the association via "fees." I emplore everyone who has to deal with this attorney to file a complaint with the Maryland Attorney Greivance Commission, like I have. He has already been reprimanded by them once, and if it happens again the punishment could be more severe. This lawyer should be disbarred. He systematically turns small debts to home associations into gigantic financial problems for people who sometimes don't even know their payments aren't going through. Please continue to report this man so his license can be taken away, and those he has tormented for years can finally be left alone.
August 21 · Pablo ArellanoUnfortunately I have good things to say. My husband had several strokes and wasn't getting paid. At the time I was out of work due to surgery. They were very helpful with making payment arrangements that I could afford at the time, with No extra fees. They were actually more understanding than the community Association! It took some time to pay it off but its done and I thank them highly for their understanding and professionalism! Only thing I would add dont move to a HOA community!
February 04 · Renee CoutourierFor all of the unhappy reviews that's what happens when you owe money. Nobody likes to be taken to court for bills they didn't pay but if you pay your bills you won't end up in court. This firm hands down is the best firm that I have ever been able to work with. They are transparent, they are great for any community Legal collections and I have worked with this firm for over 10 years. I can't speak highly enough about Michael, Valerie, Lora and the rest of the team. Thank you for being the best at what you do!
April 23 · C PIf you live in a community that retains this organization for representation, move elsewhere! These people have harassed my family throughout the pandemic over HOA fees, used threatening and disparaging verbiage in their constant letters to my home. You would think that I have stolen something from these people! They tack on outrageously high “administration fees” and demand you pay the following years fees although they are not due yet.My wife lost her job due to the pandemic and we have since been on a single income with 4 children. I’m doing well enough to pay my mortgage, let alone a HOA for an organization that does nothing! They’ve threatened my property for the very last time! See you in court Mr. Neal, I hope you’re as good a lawyer as you think you are!
December 05 · Richard BanksI've never had this much of a terrible experience with anything in my life- I've never even wrote a review on anything in my life. I wish I could give 0 stars.First of all, "Ron George" should put this on their resume, "I make people's lives miserable for a living because I lack the sense of professionalism to do my job." This sounds immature but this is what I experienced first hand so this is an eye for an eye, per se.I wish I was over reacting, but I actually got mocked for just asking a question. They hang up on you while you're talking. If you get a letter of a bill for thousands of dollars, you'd expect them to give you more information.Anyway, these people add the most ridiculous additional charges with BS reasons. I probably paid at-least $500+ additional fees with no backing up. I understand that their job is collect debt but it is how you go bout doing the work you're hired to do. If you're incompetent, then don't do it.I'm not saying this because I didn't want to pay, because I DID pay the overcharged amounts. Even when I paid the fees, they still found a way to charge me more. If you get a letter from them, I'm so sorry because they are absolutely the worst.
