What is Worth Choosing
Choosing a lawyer is a critical decision, and for many people, the process can feel overwhelming. The decision often relies on a combination of a lawyer’s experience, their reputation, and the feedback from past clients. The reviews provided offer a specific perspective on the client experience with Nash Sr. Richard H. One reviewer expressed significant dissatisfaction with the service, mentioning a lack of communication regarding time spent on their case and a feeling that the attorney "wouldn't fight for my rights anyway." The client felt that the lawyer was not a strong advocate for their cause, leading to a "very sad deal" where they had to proceed alone. Another review simply stated, "Mr Nash is NOT a good Defense Attorney! Does a poor job at advocating for his clients!! I highly would NOT recommend."
This feedback highlights key concerns that are important for any potential client to consider. The complaints center on fundamental aspects of legal representation: communication, advocacy, and integrity. The claim that the attorney "didn’t keep track of the time spent on my case" and then "quickly created a timesheet that was obviously bogus" raises serious questions about transparency and billing practices. A strong attorney-client relationship is built on trust, and a lack of clear communication about fees and time can undermine that trust. The reviewer’s feeling that their "child was wrongfully taken for years" and the attorney "wouldn’t fight that it needed to be reversed" points to a perceived lack of aggressive advocacy, which is often a primary expectation when hiring a lawyer. For clients facing serious issues like child custody or personal injury, a lawyer’s willingness to fight for their rights is non-negotiable.
While these reviews represent a particular viewpoint, they underscore the importance of due diligence when selecting a lawyer. It is crucial for prospective clients to conduct their own thorough research, read multiple reviews from various sources, and, most importantly, have a direct consultation to assess the lawyer's approach and communication style firsthand. A consultation can help clarify fee structures, legal strategies, and the attorney’s commitment to advocacy. For residents of Kentucky, this process of careful evaluation is essential to ensure they find a lawyer who is not only knowledgeable but also dedicated to their case and aligned with their personal expectations. The provided information and reviews serve as a starting point for this vital research, empowering clients to make a well-informed decision that is right for their unique legal situation.

Nash Nash Stoess & Chauvin: Nash Sr Richard H Reviews
Paid Nash 2500 and had two 15 minute court dates. Simple stuff. He didn’t keep track of the time spent on my case. Almost a whole year later I reached out to have him use the rest of my time on my next court date. He quickly created a timesheet that was obviously bogus. I have my final court date (hopefully) on Monday to try to finish up my situation and will be going in alone. He wouldn’t fight for my rights anyway. I was obviously slandered and my child was wrongfully taken for years. He wouldn’t fight that it needed to be reversed. That I should have always had 50/50 and not been on child support. It was a very sad deal. Find someone who will actually fight for your rights and keep track of your time properly.
