This requires a specialized understanding of legal procedure and argumentation and is a key service for clients who wish to challenge a prior court ruling.

When it comes to legal matters as significant as real estate and estate planning, selecting the right attorney is a decision that should not be taken lightly. Napoletano Domenick presents itself as a compelling choice for New Yorkers for several reasons. The firm's specialized focus on real estate and estate law, coupled with a general practice, means that it can handle a wide array of legal challenges with a high level of expertise. Positive client feedback, while not universal, highlights the firm's legal knowledge and effectiveness in achieving favorable outcomes. The praise for the attorney's ability to "articulate the argument" and "win" a difficult case is a strong endorsement. However, it is important to consider all available information. One review points to a negative initial experience with the firm, citing an "ignorant" and unhelpful front desk interaction. This feedback, while a single data point, underscores the importance of a professional and welcoming first impression. For this reason, it is crucial that prospective clients take the time to conduct their own due diligence, perhaps by scheduling an initial consultation to assess the firm's communication style and overall approach. An attorney's office should not only be knowledgeable but also compassionate and easy to work with. By considering all aspects of the firm's reputation—both positive and negative—you can make a truly informed decision and choose a legal partner who is the right fit for your unique needs.

Napoletano Domenick Reviews
I could not be more happy with the results I have had from Dominic and Tina. He is an excellent lawyer who knows the law plus he is definitely experienced. He was able to articulate the argument much more effectively than I could have - and used the law and common sense to win. Dominic helped to end YEARS of harassments and threats from the co-op. The outcome of the case has exceeded my expectations and I strongly recommend his services. Tina did a fantastic job as liaison and kept us all on the same page. She was perfect! Thank you for helping!
March 11 · Erik AndersonI haven't had a case with this office, but just by the first call I just made I am not willing to take a chance on them. Dominic was so ignorant! I called to see if they dealt with a certain accident case & He really wanted to make it a big deal. I wasn't asking for any legal advice or anything, just a simple yes they take on those type of cases or no instead of wasting everyone's time & he just made it such a hassle that I will be warning others about this office. Your front desk is the first impression a business makes when it comes to customers & this office made a terrible first impression.

September 15 · Rachael WeisHe (eventually) got the job done, but he's the most unprofessional lawyer I've ever had the displeasure to work with.I hired Mr. Napoletano to remove some tenants in a holdover proceeding back in March and wasn't able to get the tenants out until the end of September. For months after hiring him, I never even got to speak to Mr. Napoletano directly - I always had to go through his assistant. When all of the paperwork was finally filed with the courts, Mr. Napoletano set a date that I was unable to make, since he never even thought to ask me about my schedule. Rescheduling took another two months. On top of this, he made me bring my 94-year-old grandmother (who owns the property) to court twice, even though she wasn't needed. If all of this wasn't bad enough, whenever I showed up to court, Mr. Napoletano was always an hour or two late. On every occasion, he sent me a curt email, telling me to let the judge know he was on his way, even though he refused to give any sort of ETA.During the last court appearance, when Mr. Napoletano was over two hours late, and the judge was asking me repeatedly where my lawyer was, I offhandedly said "oh, he's always late." Somehow, this information made its way back to Mr. Napoletano, who had the audacity to take me aside (when he finally arrived) and chew me out. He told me it wasn't my job to make excuses for why he was late (even though this is exactly what he had asked me to do in the email), and then he continued to give me the excuse that he was late because he had another court appearance in a different county that morning. My takeaway from all this is that he's a lawyer who's too busy to give any of his clients the attention or care they deserve, too disrespectful, and too unprofessional for the price he charges. He also was only able to get the tenants out after around 7 months with no ruling for them to pay back rent. Avoid this lawyer at all costs.
