Napierala grossly overcharged me. Most appts were with Jola Beras his paralegal 90% of the time, charged me his fee rate. He emailed me another client's personal information. Several errors on property division which I had to bring to his attention before they got corrected. He had me pay him $2,000 in advance.He billed me for several hours of time when there was little or no contact and no work done on his end.. He would not discuss overcharging, and would threaten me saying he will file a motion to get off case if I didn't give him $2,000 more every month, then when asked for another $2,000 after two weeks, we parted ways. He let Dan Exner, my husband's attorney add conditions last minute before we went to court and he did not stand up for me in court. He told Judge Pouros I owed him $1,643.00 which was a lie, and Judge Pouros didn't ask for bills, receipts and ruled in Napierala's favor. Napierala's paralegal is part time with no set hours/days and he doesn't have a fax machine.

Called their office and sent an email with pertinent information regarding a case. I received no reply.I would not trust an attorney that cant be bothered by things like calls and emails.
