Never use this place!!. I never felt they were on my side. Never told me what to expect during interviews. NEVER updates you! You will be the one calling or emailing constantly. My health is declining rather quickly..no compassion or tell which direction I should head next. They just want as much $ as they can get from your case..They dont care about your well being (declining). Spoke to an Atty 1 time over 2 years & you could tell he was annoyed w/ questions I was asking...Like, I was taking up way too much of his time...1 time!..rest of the time it was their customer service reps that are not Atty's answering questions..if they even had an answer. Also, when they say "we will get right back to you by phone call or email" count on it being at least a week & you will be calling alot. That is how you will get your answers..Cause you will have to be persistent..God knows they aren't. Stay away from this firm! - Kerry Stanley

Midwest Disability, LLC Introduce

When a disabling injury or illness prevents you from working, the process of securing the financial support you need can be incredibly complex and frustrating. For many residents across Minnesota, navigating the intricate systems of Social Security Disability and Workers' Compensation without expert legal help can feel like an impossible battle. This is where Midwest Disability, LLC, a firm with a nationwide reach but local roots in Coon Rapids, steps in. The firm is dedicated to assisting individuals at every stage of their disability or work injury claim, from the initial application to a final appeal. With decades of combined experience, the attorneys and staff at Midwest Disability, LLC, are focused on providing personalized, compassionate, and effective legal representation to help clients obtain the benefits they are entitled to. This article will provide a clear overview of the firm’s services, its commitment to client convenience, and what makes it a valuable resource for the Minnesota community.

Midwest Disability, LLC, was founded on the principle of helping people in their time of greatest need. The firm understands that clients are often in a difficult financial and physical position, which is why it operates on a contingency fee basis for most cases. This means clients do not pay any legal fees unless and until the firm successfully recovers benefits on their behalf. This fee structure provides access to high-quality legal services for people who otherwise might not be able to afford them. While the firm has a broad national client base, its core values are deeply rooted in the Midwest, emphasizing a personal and respectful approach to every case. The team is committed to making the process as straightforward as possible, recognizing that clients are often under immense physical and emotional stress.

However, it is important for potential clients to be aware of the range of experiences reported by past clients. While some testimonials highlight the firm's efficiency and professionalism, and praise specific staff members for being helpful and communicative, others express frustration with communication and a perceived lack of compassion. Some reviews mention long response times for calls and emails, a sense of being uninformed, and dissatisfaction with the level of direct attorney contact. These varied experiences suggest that while the firm has been successful for many, the client experience can vary. It is a good practice for anyone considering their services to be diligent in their own communication and to ask specific questions about the process and communication protocols during their initial consultation to ensure it aligns with their expectations.

The office of Midwest Disability, LLC, is located at 408 Northdale Blvd NW in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. This location is easily accessible for residents across the Twin Cities metro area and is a central hub for the firm’s operations. The firm has made a clear effort to ensure its office is physically accessible to all clients.

The location offers a free on-site parking lot for client convenience. The office building itself features a wheelchair-accessible entrance, a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, and a wheelchair-accessible restroom, ensuring that individuals with mobility challenges can visit without difficulty. The firm also recognizes that many of its clients are unable to travel due to their disabilities, which is why they also offer online appointments and can handle nearly every aspect of a claim via phone, mail, or email. This flexibility allows Midwest Disability, LLC, to serve clients throughout Minnesota and across the country without requiring them to visit the physical office. The firm recommends making an appointment to ensure that an attorney or staff member is available to provide dedicated attention to your case.
