August 27 · Jacqueline EchevarriaVery rude, not even try help told us we need a lawyer right away that's why we go to mid Penn legal for help which was none at all why are they even there if not want to help
May 01 · Kevin AdamsThey ought to be ashamed of themselves treating people that are coming to them for assistance the way they do! The person I deal with, Roberta, did nothing but make me feel as if I was wasting her time. I wonder if certain groups of people have better results than others. I will say they did a great job in alienating the victim. I get that they may be overwhelmed with work, but that's the job that was agreed to. If they don't like it, they should find something else and employ sympathetic, caring people.
May 03 · ecayn1They do not answer there phone more then 15 minutes and only the music is on no one picks up so lazy people but they do love to gossip
April 24 · S RAm dealing with an urgent matter. I have had NOBODY contact me in regards to what is happening in over a month now. They only have one person available. They need to get it together
