October 01 · Hamdan QudahMy wife and I can highly recommend Mr. Quddous. After working unsuccessfully with another firm in New York, we were so happy that my wife's Green Card application moved along very quickly after retaining him. Mike is very easy to work with and is very thorough, professional and knowledgeable. His staff is very responsive and helpful. We referred friends who have had similar experiences and are very happy with the results.

February 07 · Norman CalihmanI cannot recommend services from this office in good conscience. I thought deeply about writing this review and I felt as a top rated Google Guide, potential clients (and current clients alike) need to know about my personal experience with Mr. Michael Quddus, Esq., and his legal practice.I also held back from writing this review because of fear of retaliation from Mr. Quddus; it has been just over one month since my unfortunate experience and I'm writing this review with a clear and calm head and going based on the notes I've taken from the incident at that time:First and foremost: Bryan is a true professional and you can expect nothing but courteous communications, accuracy and a calm professional demeanor. Bryan needs this recognition and I wish him the best.Secondly, Beatriz was easily unraveled, bothered by reasonable concerns from the client and overall, not diligent nor respectful. There was one other person I dealt with at the outset of my initial visit with a paralegal but I don't know her name; she was fairly helpful but also failed to provide key information that could've been helpful for the client's overall preparation — fortunately, it was neither a real problem or concern, just a nuisance that could have been avoided.Lastly, and unfortunately: my one and ONLY interaction with Michael Quddus, my legal representative, was abrupt, extremely alarming, concerning and unsettling. This unfortunate experience began with me asking Beatriz basic questions about privacy in a calm and stoic manner. I asked two basic questions, Beatriz took a defensive tone with me and without notice, Beatriz handed the phone over to Mr. Michael Quddus (which again, was my first and only interaction with the lawyer that I gave over two thousand dollars, without issue, for representation), Mr. Quddus immediately began shouting at me and using obscenities without any reason whatsoever and without first hearing what I was asking. I was shocked!Mr. Quddus continued ranting about how I should be happy he's my lawyer and continued with what a respectful firm he has and why I shouldn't be asking questions about privacy, as I tried to speak, Mr. Quddus said he would give me an opportunity to speak only after he's finished, and he continued using obscenities and speaking to me in a way unbecoming of a law professional. After a brief pause he then "gave me permission" to speak, the moment I began asking my questions, he got triggered again and continue yelling at me as if he felt he had the right to do so. At this point someone at Mr. Quddus' office, turned on the speaker phone, I again continued speaking in a calm and stoic demeanor, just seconds after I started speaking, I heard someone whispering or mumbling about hanging up the phone, and in an instant, the phone was abruptly hung up — I never had a meaningful or respectable conversation with the lawyer who I gave over two thousand dollars to represent my case.My interaction with Mr. Michael Quddus, Esq., was unbecoming of a law professional and I'm still trying to come to grips with this experience. I cannot recommend services from this office in good conscience. I would say if you're the kind of client that fairs well with setting a low bar for professional services, and if you're able to stomach a lack of diligent communication and details, this office may be for you. Otherwise, I'm sorry I gave my hard earned money over to this legal practice.(Yes, my case was successfully processed and much of it had to do with my effectiveness in obtaining qualifying documentation in a timely manner. For that, I am thankful for Bryan who was there to process those details with confidence.)

February 05 · Dino RodriguezMichael is an exceptional lawyer. My case with him started when a lawyer (Ingrid Echeverria) ruined my N-400 application. Michael and his staff were very diligent and helped me with my process. Today thanks to them I became a citizen! They’re quick to response, very knowledgeable, and what I loved the most is his compassion and understanding for his clients. Highly recommend!
