McGrath Dispute Resolution specializes in a focused range of services centered around alternative dispute resolution (ADR). This specialization allows the firm to provide expert and comprehensive support for individuals and families seeking to resolve their disputes outside of a courtroom.
Services Offered:
- Mediation: As a key service, mediation involves a neutral third party who helps the disputing parties communicate effectively and negotiate a settlement. The mediator does not make decisions but facilitates the conversation, empowering the parties to reach their own agreement.
- Arbitration: This process is similar to a court trial, where parties present their positions to a neutral arbitrator who then renders a binding or non-binding decision. Arbitration can be a faster and more private alternative to litigation.
- Early Neutral Evaluation (ENE): This process involves an experienced neutral legal professional who gives an objective assessment of the merits of a case early in the process. This evaluation can often help parties understand the strengths and weaknesses of their case and lead to an early settlement.
- Parenting Consulting and Expediting: For co-parents, the firm offers services as a Parenting Consultant or Parenting Time Expediter, helping to resolve disputes over child-related issues and co-parenting plans without constant court intervention.

Mc Grath Dispute Resolution Reviews
Very poor mediator. Mr McGrath does little to nothing to eatablish any repour with the parties. He primarily speaks with attorneys behind closed doors, excluding the litigants. He is passive in his approach, accomplishes little in an all-day mediation and is downright condescending and paternalistic in his demeanor/approach. I have experienced many mediators in a professional setting and he is one of the worst. I would not use him again.
